I had a free quote scheduled yesterday from 1:00–2:30 PM, and no one showed up or contacted me. I called in afterward, and we rescheduled for today from 10:00–11:30 AM. Unfortunately, once again, no one showed up and I received no call or update.
I understand that things can come up, but I have a busy schedule and have to make arrangements and move things around to be available during these timeframes. Having someone simply not show up—twice, without any communication—is extremely frustrating and feels very disrespectful of my time.
At this point, I’ve decided to go with a different company. If this is the level of communication and follow-through I can expect before even starting the work, I can only imagine the potential issues that could arise once the project begins.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve communication with your customers, especially when they are making an effort to bring your company business.

Having a SQF certified food manufacturing facility it is crucial that our pest control program is top notch. Our technician Carlos has been with us for almost 5 years now. He comes every 2 weeks and has been wonderful. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and truly cares about us. He listens to our concerns and addresses them promptly. We expect this from McCloud and they deliver on that!
