This moving team is fantastic. They took great care of my items, wrapping and protecting everything. I’ve moved several times and this company is the best by far.
They gave me two months at 50% off…then, because they were closed on Sunday, had me get my keys the last day of the month and proceeded to count it as the first month at half off for ONE DAY. PURE SCAMMERS. GO ELSEWHERE.

That seemed like an odd statement so I called to get more information. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly condescending and rude when I asked about the letter. I asked to speak to someone who could address my concerns and he proceeded to tell me that person wasn't available. The end. I asked if I could leave a message. He was extremely put off by the request but took my information. I am still waiting for a callback. The experience was unusual and disappointing. They have a great facility and have never had an issue before. As a longtime loyal customer, I expected more.
