Meathead Movers

Lack of internal communications hampers Meathead Movers. Meathead has several functional components. The estimater comes out first. We told him we wanted to move everything, except things we told him about and marked (things in our rental that weren't ours). We wanted to move a lot of plants – their literature says… Read full review

UPDATE 10/22/2026: NEARLY $7,000 FOR AN UNFINISHED MOVE. OVER 100 PAGES OF DOCUMENTATION. STILL NO RESOLUTION. If you’re considering hiring Meathead Movers, I strongly encourage you to read this before signing anything. I hired this company because I had used them previously and trusted them. That trust turned out… Read full review

Caden and Dustin both did excellent jobs leading crews to pack our home, load multiple trucks, move, and unload our home over 2 days. I am so impressed by their hard work, fast pace, quality home protection, and their kindness throughout the process. Everyone on the team was so helpful, had great attitudes, and they… Read full review

Awesome company made my move easy. They packed most of my stuff and handled them with care. Highly recommend and will definitely do business again in the future.

As always, the best people and service. Thank you Meathead. You guys made a quick, stressful unforeseen move after just having moved already, seamless and worry free! You guys took great care of both places!

This company and their team are the best! Due to an unexpected hospitalization, I had to do the pack out of my home "remote control". Armed with a written list from me, phone calls, texts and with the help of a couple of video walkthroughs, the team was able to pack the contents of my home in less than a day and get… Read full review

If you can't bother reading through this, I wouldn't recommend their services. Many broken items (our total bill with them was somewhere around 24k including storage) Meathead movers moved our belongings in a few days ago. The staff that we interacted with were respectful and worked efficiently, but since unpacking… Read full review

We're using PODS for moving, since our stuff will need to be in storage for awhile. We wanted experienced packers and good labor to properly pad and load our POD. Two of my friends had complaints with two loading companies recommended by PODS. Since Meathead Movers did a great job on our local move many years ago,… Read full review

On time for move. Worked carefully. Great job.

Movers were quick and fast. Also extremely helpful and nice!

The two packers did a wonderful job of preparing our possessions for transport. Everything was safe and sound

Very expensive when compared with the averages of what online tells me about moving costs. $5700 for a local move is pretty excessive (and I had discounts included, so it would have been more)…Unfortunately I had surgery, so I had no option. Pros and cons. You certainly get what you pay for, but you can find cheaper… Read full review

They are so very nice and polite. They are fast, efficient and so helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Emerson was so great to work with, so helpful and polite. The entire move was so easy and he did a great job coordinating for me!

The friendly team of three made moving a pleasant experience and they were knowledgeable and professional.

They were efficient and very careful and did everything in the time they told me. The estimation process was very good and their communication was prefect. Plus, each crew was very friendly and I enjoyed having them around. He was fantastic with quote and coordination

So I have used Meathead movers 3 times over the years and I have never had anything but a good experience. The process is quick and efficient. They are always on time and maximize their work to keep the costs down. Are accurate in their estimates. Moving guys are courteous and respectful. Great people to help you move.

Team of Dillon, Owen & Ryan were punctual & pleasant. Excellent job.. very conscientious & careful, and courteous.

I've had Meathead move me, and my daughter during college, a total of 4 times, utilizing their packing service, and their storage facility, and they have been outstanding every time. The guys have all been hard working, professional, polite and friendly, and I've taken pics of my crews every time cuz they were so… Read full review

Moving is the pits, but Meathead makes it bearable. Worth the cost!

Meathead Movers are very professional and can absolutely be depended on for moving needs. I've used them three times now and the crew is always efficient. I always recommend them. I worked with Mark on a complex move and he understood the assignment well while paying attention to critical details. The move was executed flawlessly!

The guys are great, very helpful and attentive to my needs.

This was a really good moving experience. The team was prompt, all business, fast and efficient, and throughout the process they were friendly, personable and courteous. Very nice guys and great service.

Efficient and reliable!

Wonderful, didn’t hesitate to help me with anything. They went above and beyond to help a very stressful situation go calmly and smoothly.

Fantastic experience, great crew, always on time, courteous, professionals. Highly recommend

Tristan and Owen arrive promptly. They listened carefully to which items I wanted to be moved. They worked well as a team and everything packed and ready within 2 hours. It was a great experience. I have moved twice before and now this is the third time. I have used Meathead Movers every time and been very… Read full review

The entire experience from my initial contact until the last box and piece of furniture was delivered into my new home. I want to make mention of the 4 gentlemen who worked my move because they were exceptional; Andres, Many, Jacob & Sebastian. Thanks Gents !!!

We have used Meathead Movers twice and were very pleased both times. Meathead's estimation was very good, their price was competitive, and there were no change-order games to raise the price during the service. Our packing and moving crews were all prompt, efficient, and pleasant to be around. Our items all arrived… Read full review

300 mile home move went smoothly - packing, loading, transport & unloading. Unfortunately we neglected to include unpacking & trash. Only one item, large picture glass, broken, but we were reimbursed.

I have used Meathead Movers for SEVERAL of moves for my employer and this was the first time I used them for me personally. Nolan and his crew were amazing (I feel horrible I can’t remember the other guy’s name.) They handled everything not only professionally but also with real care. I’m neuro-spicy and my house… Read full review

Incredible service with the home town favorites. The best possible support to pack a whole house, move and unpack! Repeat customer and will use them again for sure. Our lead Arnold was the best. If you don’t use Meathead Movers, you use something less.

Easy and great experience, thank you!

The two young men were amazing. They both worked extremely hard. Very professional and easy to talk to. Answered all are questions. Would highly recommend these two young men and Meathead Movers for all your moving needs. Blessings. The Meathead Movers were absolutely great. I’ve used Meathead Movers several times now, and each time I’m impressed by their exceptional customer service. Nicest crew to work with! Jacob, Connor, and Collin were very professional, friendly, courteous and such hard workers. I would use Meathead movers again, highly recommended!

Stress-free in a highly stressed situation. Had to move our widowed mother on short notice with a MASSIVE amount of stuff. Meathead packed and loaded all her stuff and communicated all throughout and every day they showed up ready to work hard. They were very respectful and my mom felt comfortable every step of the way.

These guys were friendly yet professional, quick yet detailed oriented- they handled all of our moving needs with strength & grace

On time, very polite. They were organized and clearly understood the scope of my job request which was to wrap and box up a heavily stocked kitchen and Knick-knacks threw out my home. Also to box and move a service set of fine china for 25.

Another successful move with Meathead! The communication was stellar and they made the day of the move seamless. Our team leader was awesome and kept the day organized and professional.

Oh my goodness, Ian and crew were amazing! We moved my dad and many, many pieces of big, heavy furniture 2 hours away. We had help with boxing everything up first and then this crew of 5 guys loaded the truck. After a two hour drive they unloaded it in 104 degree heat and assembled big pieces of furniture…all with… Read full review

Very efficient and hard-working crew. Extremely nice guys. I will definitely use Meathead again for my next move.

Movers were great and went above and beyond with their care and customer service.

Team was great! They worked hard and took very good care of our belongings

Andres and Andrew were great packers!! On time, efficient, polite, pleasant, and careful.

Review for MeatHead Movers; move date 12/30/20 John and Suzanne Dutra Although it was a very rough start; items discussed verbally on two separate visits that weren’t accommodated. Also, two of their movers were less than energetic. After a positive phone call to their office and a discussion with Michelle, one… Read full review

First got a quote for 1200 for packing and moving 4 miles away. They were going to send 1 person for packing and they sent 2 so price went from 500 to 700 just for packing. They did not complete the packing. I had to finish myself. They wrapped scissors and misc in paper.. They packed glass without wrappers. Then… Read full review
