Meineke Car Care Center

Didn't even top off windshield washer fluid

I find that the battery was overpriced, abs brakes were priced reasonably

They took my car in a few minutes ahead of my scheduled time. They told me it would take 30 minutes and it took 30 minutes. Total cost was $87 for a full synthetic oil change. I will go back!

Prompt, thorough service, comfortable waiting area. Discussed observations of future service I will need and provided estimate. No pressure, honest comments.

There was a negligible wait for them to complete the work. I appreciated that they were able to fit me in to the schedule as a walk-in and they set the expectation for additional 10 minutes the task entailed if they didn’t have the oil filter in stock (which they did). Nathan was polite and courteous and even… Read full review

I can agree with most reviews. Courteous, efficient, friendly, accommodating, and a convenient location for me. Good guys. Give them a shot.

Was able to take me in for an oil change at a moments notice, no appt either Great staff.... .

I came in with a noisy wheel well and bad information. TJ helped me understand the issue and we resolved the problem that day. Even going so far as to tell me where to get service if he was unable to assist. He is knowledgeable and polite. I will be returning for all ongoing maintenance and any further work I will be discussing with him first.

I made an appointment. They were ready for me. They did the work immediately and I was out of there. Good work, good price - excellent experience.

Quick service, nice staff.

Booked a same day appt online. Didn't wait long. Waiting area was clean. However, was disappointed that I was emailed a coupon when I booked for a $75 full synthetic oil change. But when I went to use it I was told I couldn't and was not told why. So the price was around $125... The woman checking out before me had… Read full review

Went to Meineke for a MA inspection sticker and a synthetic oil change. I made an appointment, though the shop took my vehicle early. Service was quick: I spent about 40 minutes waiting for the oil change and sticker. The price for both services (plus taxes and fees) was $125, which was reasonable. The waiting area… Read full review

Scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation. My car was serviced timely with this location and was done within 30 minutes. I will return to this location for future servicing and repairs.

The oil change itself was quick — too quick, honestly. Before making the appointment, I called ahead and specifically asked what was included. I was told they would check my brakes and tires during the service. That gave me peace of mind since I already suspected my front tires were getting worn down. But once I… Read full review

I came here to get an oil change and asked him to check the sound that my car was making. He said that my car had an exhaust leak and that it was gonna be over $1000 to fix it. I had gotten a second opinion and the other guy said it was only my flex pipe and it was only gonna cost $180. I don’t know if he was… Read full review

I went to Meineke for an oil change. We were on vacation when we found the engine lost all it's oil. We stopped at another oil change company who stated whoever changed the oil last cracked the oil pan. It was Meineke. They tightened the oil plug too tight without using a torque wrench cracking the pan. We had them… Read full review
