Mendo Motorz & Transmissions

They are great here. After my Warrenty denied my claim for a truck I bought less then 30 days before, they worked with me to get all the repairs done for the lifter that had failed and cam shaft that needed to be replaced. They gave honest advice on what needed to be done, and never tried to upsale me on anything.… Read full review

The mechanic shop is veteran owned and provided me with great service. My car was diagnosed and repaired within two days. Runs great

Ernest, Dean and the rest of the crew were very professional and thorough. They let me know everything that was being done to my vehicle before doing it. No unnecessary repairs. They took their time, as I said they could and still finished in good time. Price was fair, considering everything that was done to my… Read full review

Had an exhaust crack leading to the manifold and was losing power. Had the guys run a diagnostic on the car and I had the results by noon that day. The parts were ordered and the car was ready the next day. Totally blown away by how quick my car was ready. It drives great and sounds even better. Extremely impressed… Read full review

Replacement of Engine, and Catalytic Converter. The jobs were done quickly, at a fair price, an au was consulted on every aspect of the work.

I've gone to these guy two different times with BOTH my dodges. Each time they came back running like champs in the Olympics.

This is a well established garage with friendly an knowledgeable mechanics. Give a shout-out to Cody who's been taking care of me and my car's for over 20 years. Kevin looks after everyone and go above and beyond to help. If you have a problem with your car 🚗 bring it to them. They are always up front. Nice to have a auto shop you can trust to go to.

Very professional and friendly. Fixed my Navigator

Excellent communication. Logical diagnosis capabilities on a 26 year old caddy. This is not just a oil change, brake type place. But there is a crew of well experienced mechanics. Well documented work and pricing. Best shop in San Antonio. Will use again.

Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work from experts. I've used them a few times and I'm always impressed. Great customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his team! I had the most amazing experience with them, the turnaround time was remarkable, and I wound up spending way less than I anticipated! Will definitely be coming back, but hopefully not anytime soon!

excellent service. highly recommend this shop

Friendly, very knowledgeable staff, tells you everything up front as much as possible. I had electrical issue, that I thought was going to cost much more money than it actually did... They work great as a team. 100% definitely recommend. Also the shop is veteran owned and operated which gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling of trust.

Treats our family like their own. Very attentive to detail and perfect service of our vehicles. Cars are seen immediately. Thanks to Ernest and the Mendoz Team

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable but prices are higher than comparable jobs researched online.

Extremely professional and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing vehicle repairs or maintenance without having to worry about if the work was done correctly.

I liked working with Kevin. He gave me the details of parts to be replaced. I am quite satisfied with the service provided and would recommend my friends. I would definitely bring my Corvette C7 for future servicing.
