Bastri, Nelson, Ricardo, Ernesto and Henry packed our house for a cross-country move. They were punctual, and put in more than full days. Their dedication was amazing, along with efficiency and knowledge of best practices. We found them courteous, professional and fun. Bastri is clearly dedicated to providing…
Nelson and johnathan were friendly and professional. Did a wonderful job completing my move in
Bastri and his crew was very professional and very thorough and efficient with moving our stuff. They were very careful with all my furniture. They noted all the damages as they were coming off the truck and made notation of everything. They made sure we were happy with all the placement of the furniture before they…
I want to specifically highlight Bastri and John, who delivered the second half of our moving shipment. Please note that this review strictly reflects our experience with these two individuals, as our experience with other staff from this company was quite different. From start to finish, Bastri and John were…
Bastri and Jon just helped me deliver belongings from Illinois that MiniMoves moved for me. Their communication regarding delivery time was great. They were friendly and so efficient!!! They unloaded and set everything up in less than an hour and the paperwork was also efficient. I especially appreciated the care…

Nelson and Jonathan were awesome. Got things moved quick, were super nice. Just an overall great job!!
Bastri, Henry and Nelson were incredible. Took less than 6 hours to pack up my entire house- they are so efficient and professional! Moving out of state is stressful enough, but this was one less thing to handle and think about; they literally did everything and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I was so pleasantly…
Fantastic experience! Very polite and hardworking with the packing and loading for our move. Took exceptional care of our things. Much appreciated!
The unloading and unpacking experience was great. Very personable guys that work here. Quick, organized and respectful.
The movers were fast today, called ahead of time to communicate when they were coming, and were friendly and did a good job!
Moving team, lead by Bastri Emini, worked very hard, were very cordial and appeared to handle everything with care. Bastri coordinated the team as well as helped with moving. He was also good about asking us where things were to go. He had a team total of 7 people to unload a full 53 foot tractor trailer.…
Truly had the best experience with CMS - Rich and the team were so efficient and friendly. By far, they have provided us with the BEST moving experience I have ever had
Bastri and his team are great! They were very efficient and friendly. I would go with them again.
Bastri and crew were great. They were careful with our household goods and packed them with plenty of padding. They were concerned about getting the job done right and weren't hesitant to ask questions. Ricardo and Hector were here the day before the move to pack most of the house. They tried to make sure we were as…
Mike and Hector were wonderful! They were incredibly efficient and professional, and took wonderful care of my belongings.
Absolutely amazing! Bastri and Hector have done a phenomenal job and in so little time (you blink and a mountain of boxes is loaded already). Great job, very polite and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

This was a super efficient and enjoyable experience! My movers packed and moved everything in just a few hours. I really appreciated it!
We used CMS Relocation and Logistics for a cross-country move from Washington to West Virginia, with about four and a half months of storage in between — a pretty complex undertaking — and they knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, Tracie McGlothern and Toni Reed kept us informed every step of the way.…
We moved out of a large home in Olympia recently. Joe and his crew were respectful, professional, and did a great job moving our stuff. I highly recommend this company.
Toni Reed was our coordinator and our move was great! She got us the dates we needed and the packers and moving team were experienced and efficient. Once we were in for a couple of weeks, Toni arranged to have the boxes and wrapping paper picked up as part of our service. Well done.
Our interstate move was seamless, the crew was extremely professional, efficient, and easy to work with.
Excellent service! Rex, Katy, Billy, and the whole crew made the process so easy. I did a cross country move and working with CMS reduced my stress levels a lot. The tele-walkthrough was very easy, and Rex was super knowledgeable about everything. He took the time to explain how things were calculated and the…
Crew was courteous and conscientious
We had many items damaged and many more missing on our move from Seattle to Cleveland. I immediately called while our driver was still here to report that 2 of our most expensive items were not delivered. Now United says they will not pay for these missing items because I did not alert them at time of delivery. This…
Bastri and Ibrahim at CMS moved, unpacked, and set up the rental home into which my fiancee and I recently moved. Both Bastri and Ibrahim were professional, careful, fast, and very personable. They moved all of our things, even heavy, oversized, and fragile goods, perfectly and without any damage. This was our first…
We had setup up and organized the items to be packed and shipped for the day. The crew that arrived quickly and efficiently packed all items into the boxes and arranged them in the truck. The whole crew were friendly and professional in what they were doing and I appreciate that a lot. Would recommend to anybody…
I have moved about 20 times and this is, by far, the best experience I have ever had. From the sales associate, Trevor Joss, to the administrator, Toni Reed, to my amazing, excellent driver Bastri, and the others who were with him, Aaron and Souli, I just cannot say enough good things! I was treated politely and…
Great job!
Moving cross country was a stressful time for us. However, Our coordinator, Toni Reed, was very professional, available and reassuring during the entire process. The drivers and team of workers assigned to load and unload were also professional and worked hard to assist us. At the end, very sastified with our choice…
I have years of experience with relocating, inclusive of overseas to and from Germany. This company and their crew was definitely the best of all of them! -They arrived at the start of the window we were given. -They took the time to protect the flooring/carpets with plastic and foam/rubber based runners (including…
CMS was efficient, professional, and showed us and our items great care and respect. I would recommend them to anyone moving in the area.
