TJ, Alex, Brett and Brett were professional, friendly and competent. They were careful to cover their shoes when in and out of the house, and were hard workers! When install was complete, I was given a well organized notebook with attached keys clarifying everything that had been explained to me.
Our backup generator technician Jim was very experienced, patient, willing to answer questions, and relentless until he found the unusual cracked spark plug porcelain that was preventing our generator from starting after running for four days straight. They charged me 2,1700 for 2 hours of work and sold me a membership for 179.00 witch I did not under stand after everything I have gone thru a tornado in Armada I am calling my bank and having this charge reversed. this was on7-29-21 other n company's said I got ripped off never again will I call Metro the guys that did the work were great
