Nathan from Metro Electric came out for maintenance and an issue with our generator and to say the least he was great. He took the time to show and explain the different things he was doing and was extremely professional and pleasant the entire time. Everyone, I tried to get my installer and others come out when my generator went done and everyone was a week out. I called Metro and they came out the same day but that was not what impressed me most! When I called the attendant was very pleasant and said she could help me but first she wanted to tell me something…
They were able to come early for us . We really needed an early appointment and they helped us the following day. The technicians were very eager to help and super friendly.
