Michel came out, immediately saw the problem (too embarrassed to say what it was" but he corrected it and then went on to tell me what other options I have if the problem resurfaces and cannot be corrected.

Michael was prompt arriving ahead of schedule! Discussed everything needed to correct a hot leak slab, all was handled efficiently. Cleanup was completed! Then I needed an 18 yr old water heater replaced… ugh all done. Make sure you have/& read insurance info of perils not covered expenses, like FLOOD INSURANCE!!
