Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, did all the work well, and explained about a problem area and made recommendations to solve it.
They are friendly, knowledgeable, and communicate clearly about issues and solutions. Michel Spurgeon was very helpful and took time to help look into fixes for a stubborn issue we were facing. I've been a diamond club member with them for a number of years now and completely trust Metro Flow with my plumbing.

Called out for a clogged toilet and new wax ring seal. Was told unrepairable and needed $5k to replumb the drain. Contacted a second plumber - was just a deep clog, repaired for $300. Get a second opinion or just start somewhere else!
The entire staff, from the front desk to the plumbers and management are top notch. They've always treated me as family and have taken care of my plumbing needs for decades, including a new plumbing line, always with experience and kindness.
We had what appeared to be a minor plumbing issue turn into a major project requiring multiples visits, digging under the house, tile replacement… everyone from Metro-Flo who came out was great. Polite, kept us up to date, talked about options, and timely. Very happy to have them as my plumbing company of choice!
Steven and Miguel were excellent. They identified the problems we were having and gave us options. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We have very hard water with alot of mineral deposits that were eating our fixtures, so we went with the Flow Tech Inline Water System. Hopefully this will solve our problems!
