Super friendly staff. They were able to pull my codes right when I pulled up, gave a detailed inspection (with videos!), a reasonable quote, and quick turn around. Highly recommend stopping in to get your
The replacement of the passenger side view mirror was expedient and well done.
I had an excellent experience with Metro Motor, and a big part of that was thanks to Dontaye. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was taken care of. He went above and beyond to help my mom and me with her Infiniti, kept us informed throughout…
My go to mechanic! I will never stop recommending this location. I’m always so happy with their professionalism and Dontae has saved me and really made sure my car is in good shape! These guys work hard and will make sure you are taken care of!
Great garage for repairs and keeping your ride alive.
5 + stars each time I go to Metro Motor to have my car serviced with Dontae and team! They are wonderful! Flexible scheduling, fast service, fair pricing. I get my regular oil changes here and anytime I need other services this is where I go. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Thank you guys for your wonderful service!
Great service for my 96 Toyota!
Took the car in for what I thought was a suspension noise issue, but was just an unlatched top and no cost added. Honesty appreciated! Previously, I took this 2000 car in for a non-working A/C, which they stripped down and kept at it to get it back in working shape. This is an outstanding shop!
This is my go to spot whenever I need help. They found someone who could replace my windshield, help me put on my wipers, identified issues and will communicate clearly! My one stop shop!
I would like to take a moment to thank everyone at Metro Car Repair for the amazing service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable right away. The team was very professional,…
Great, fast and friendly service. This is now my go to for all car maintenance work!
Awesome service, friendly staff, makes it work and gets it done! I’ve already sent three more people to them.
Consistently have a fantastic experierience here. Dontaye is reliable, helpful, and honest, and always has the customer in mind. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a car repair, big or small.
Highly professional and flawless work on my vehicle (Porsche). No problems with oil changes, tire mounting, or tune up. Porsche is a fickle car. Not just anyone can service it. Never a problem when coming to Metro Motor. Very honest about what they can and can't do. Some places will claim they can do job x just to…
Great place in DC. Changed oil. Easy online appointment, professional shop, courteous & thorough staff. Quick turnaround. Clean facility. Exactly type of spot to rely on. Fair price. No pressure. Beats jiffy lube any day. Coffee shop across street.
I’ve always had a good experience here. Last week, I went in for an oil change. Per usual, the team was incredibly helpful and even fixed my windshield wipers free of charge bc they were worn. That of course should not be the expectation but speaks the integrity of the operation.
In short, they’re quick to inspect vehicle, clearly communicate issues found and cost to resolve, and most importantly actually solve the problem. Really appreciate inspection report they text over that has a price breakdown included. They are great at taking quick phone calls to talk through high priority versus…
This Metro Motors is our go to car repair place in the DMV! Dontaye is reliable, trustworthy, and runs a tight ship. All the staff there are very helpful. And it’s not just me! When I was last there another man stepped in and to express his gratitude for helping his daughter. His exact words were “Dontaye walks on…
I cannot speak highly enough about Dontaye and his team at this Metro Motor location. As a woman, it is crucial to me that I find a trustworthy auto shop wherever I live, and I can wholeheartedly say that I have found one here. I came in for an oil change a few weeks ago, and the service was quick, friendly, and…
Nice meeting you. As I live in the neighborhood, I know I, or let's say my car, will see you again! Appreciate your honesty. Christine
Love the team at Metro Motor. Dontaye and his guys always take care of my car, even when I have limited time. Can't recommend them enough!
I am absolutely pleased with the service I received at Metro Motor and will continue to bring my vehicle in for future service as well.
Great service. Great people
Great customer service. Fast efficient. Was a new customer and now a returning customer.
Metro Motors was efficient and very courteous.
Mechanic is friendly enough, but will do everything possible to run up the charges. Took my car in for a conventional oil change, but instead was told I needed to replace my filters, my rotors, etc. which totaled nearly $1000. I declined those additional services, but they still charged me for the labor of doing of…
My Toyota dealer told me I needed brakes. Decided to take it here for an inspection and oil change and tire rotation. They inspected the brakes and said I’m fine; got the oil change and tire rotation completed quickly and with excellent customer service! Thank you Dontaye!
Dontaye was extremely professional and responsive. I dropped the car off in the morning before the shop was open. He called me once he came in. Once the work was complete he reached out and had the paperwork ready to go. Easy as that!
Dontaye has been super helpful for me over the past couple months. My old car has had several maintenance issues. During COVID, I've been driving my wife (who is an essential worker) to and from work every day so she doesn't have to take public transit. This has made it difficult to find a time to leave the car for…
Jamie and his team manage convenient, professional customer-centric service.
Went in for an oil change, and my check engine light was on. Came out with a bill for almost $1,100. I'm not saying they were dishonest about the work that needed to be done, but it was really expensive. I called around for quotes for the same work and got estimates that were hundreds of dollars less—especially for…
