Mike was very open and honest about the inspection which is what is needed.
Very thorough with inspection, very informative A deer out the inspection
Highly recommended!!! We had just moved into our new house after having to waive the inspection during the buying process. We still wanted to have an inspection completed so got in touch with Metro Property Inspection after our realtor, Kristine Fowler, recommended them. We are SO glad for the recommendation, as…
Metro property was detailed and prompt in their inspection for an older home we’re buying in Missouri.
From the moment the inspection began, Cameron put me at ease during my first home purchase. Very approachable, explained the process clearly, and was ready to answer any question I had. Great service, great price, very fast scheduling, A+ company.
Never again. Injected way too much hypothetical opinions in way too many things. Just the facts please.
We were very happy with our experience with Michael. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain any concerns he had with the house we’re looking to buy. There was also a very quick turnaround with the paper report! Thanks!
They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They explained everything so I could easily understand. They took extra time to answer all my questions and show me what they were talking about.
Wonder job looking over house
Mike was awesome! Mike presented all of the problems in a calming way and answered all of my questions throughly. Highly recommended!
They did a great job. Found hidden problems with the house.
I recommend and use Metro for all of my inspections for both home buyers and pre-inspections for sellers. Their scheduling system is awesome and makes it so easy to quickly schedule an appt. Cameron and Ryan are my go to’s and they both do an amazing job doing a thorough assessment of the home as well as fantastic…

I could not have been more satisfied with the quality work that she did in her honesty. Thanks Again she was awesome.
The staff was on-time, very efficient, and extremely friendly. I felt very welcome asking questions and I appreciated the additional insight into their processes that they spoke of. They were thorough and wasted no time getting things done.
They were very courteous and professional. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company. Was able to work me in quickly.
I couldn't believe how detailed and thorough this inspection was--if I were buying a property, Mike is the one I would want doing the inspection. I also liked how he explained the comments he would be making so that when I got the report I knew exactly what he was telling us. Great experience.
