NASEER came out and it was fast. Only for spare tire change. But it was faster than expected. He made sure that he had all the tools, not the cheap tools either. He came really equipped, didnt use any of my tools. I definitely recommend them to others.
I locked my keys in my car, and they came so quick and got them out in less than five minutes
The guy who helped me was very nice and pleasant and he got into my car in like 30 seconds I was very appreciative. This is the best towing service ever.

This is the second time my vehicle insurance sent this towing company to assist me and believe it or not, METRO TOWING does not disappoint. I was thinking of what kind of flowers to get my wife and where to bring her for Valentine’s day after work, then I stupidly locked myself out after my lunch hour of my car by…
Fastest service I ever received for roadside assistance. Right after my insurance company confirmed they contacted Metro towing, their staff (Waseem) arrived at the location in less than 10minutes. That too on a weekend. Service was fast with the right tools and Waseem was a friendly person.
Sam super fast, very friendly and extremely professional.
Waseem was there within 15 minutes and done in less than 15. It was great! The AAA company was going to take over 2 hours. Thanks Metro Towing. Mark

Had an emergency lock out 7/13/2022. Called several companies in Livermore including my AAA. None could or would respond. Metro was on location on First Street with in 8 mins. Didn't even take payment until job was done . In total about 15 -20 mins. This company is an example of customer service, professionalism and exemplary service.
Matt came within 30 mins to open my brand new Tesla. We didn't know what the issue was and why we couldn't get into the car but he was professional and tried everything he could and he was successful! Very happy with the service and would call if I needed assistance again!
Omar was awesome! And was there quickly! Thanks Omar!🙂
Omar came in time and safely loaded my vehicle on to his tow truck. Omar used all the necessary tools to make sure my tires and chassis are protected. Would definitely recommend Omar for future services.
Rave for Metro Towing! Super helpful person answered the phone and friendly young man named Amir came to help me retrieve my keys from my locked car. We had a nice conversation and he was very efficient. I called another towing place in Livermore before that and the woman who picked up was so uninterested and dry…
Amir from Metro Towing helped save the day when I lost my car keys on a hiking trail! He was able to unlock the car so I could get my things & then towed it home. The service was friendly and efficient.
I had a flight and had my keys locked in my vehicle. Metro Towing and Hashmat really helped me out. Extremely professional and very punctual. Thank you !

The Driver, let’s call him Mr. S, was an excellent communicator. Mr S. let me know every step of the way, how far away he was, what he was steps he would be taking. Further, he was very professional and gave me great confidence that he knew what he was doing and that he would take maximum care to ensure my safety…
Very helpful and nice. I broke my keys and needed my car asap to my house.
