Zia did a great job i got stuck at the altamont hills
Omar came to pick up my model 3. He was courteous and cared a lot about making sure that he was able to do the job without damaging my driveway. He yielded to his colleague. I appreciate Omar's dedication. Few years later, the same excellent service, this time from Nasser. He replaced my battery. Completed the work…
Great customer service!!! One of the best tow truck drivers I met! Thank you sir!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
NASEER came out and it was fast. Only for spare tire change. But it was faster than expected. He made sure that he had all the tools, not the cheap tools either. He came really equipped, didnt use any of my tools. I definitely recommend them to others.
Had a flat and called AAA and the tow truck came right away…driver was very professional

My car hot flat tire and I got stuck around midnight with my family. Jamil was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us tow our car. It showed estimated time 40 minutes but he confirmed and reached there in 15 minutes.
Waited 90 minutes after repeated promises that a tow truck was on the way, only for them to cancel. The reason given was that they were unable to tow a Tesla. How could they not have known this when they accepted the service request? Extremely poor customer service.
Our tire blew on the 580. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. Sami the tow truck driver was so kind and arrived quickly on an early Sunday morning in the rain. His main concern was our safety. When our spare wouldn’t hold air, he helped us find a tire shop and even helped us call a couple of places while we…

Extremely good customer service. I didn't have to wait long for the tow truck to arrive. Loading up my truck onto the tow bed was a very quick process. Within 15 minutes of arriving he was done. I had to get a ride to the tire shop and i felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and use their services again.
Matt was awesome and very friendly. My tire blew out and I was stranded on highway. Matt arrived quickly and towed my car to local tire shop and I was back on the road safely. Thank you Matt!
