NASEER came out and it was fast. Only for spare tire change. But it was faster than expected. He made sure that he had all the tools, not the cheap tools either. He came really equipped, didnt use any of my tools. I definitely recommend them to others.
I had just got off my shift at amazon when my car wouldn't start thankfully I was able to get quick and reliable help from Ramzi over at metro and they have been a godsend since. If you need towing or any kind of service they provide I cannot recommend them enough!
Fast, friendly, they saved the day. Jose was great! Thank you so much for the help
Great service, thanks for being so helpful and getting me out of the situation I was in...
Ghafoori from Metro Towing, was very knowledgeable and professional with our Tesla Model X. He knew exactly what to do with a lookout due to auxiliary battery failure, while even the Tesla Mobile Service Technician did not. Thank you Ghafoori!
Very timely! What more can you ask for when you are stranded at a roadside!!
Ramzi was very friendly and punctual. He showed up when he said he would and was very accommodating allowing us to double check the car after he had already put it on the truck. Highly recommend.
Needed tow to my dealership and timing of arrival was fast, efficient and Omar was very pleasant. Highly recommend.
Rashed was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and kind. I appreciate that he took the time to call me to let me know that my truck was safely dropped off to the mechanics shop. I would definitely do bust with Metro Towing again.
It was great community Very helpful did not take long to get there and tow thank you Gafoor G.
Louis waiting for my car to get ready. I knew he was busy but he didn’t show any signs of frustration. I’ll recommend Louis to anyone I know!
The driver was amazing, he was very nice and polite. I would highly recommend this company for your towing service.
Omar was quick and very nice 😊
Moved boulder from underneath my trailer.
Fred was so helpful and fast, he keep me in touch with him until he arrived. I will call him in any emergency for sure!!!
Omar was excellent, he went above and beyond to help us with our tough situation. We were so happy with the service and Omar!!
Driver Jay contacted me faster than I could hang up with my insurance dispatch! He gave me an estimated time of arrival and showed up 15 minutes earlier! Not to mention he didn't want or needed any help and was just concerned with me getting in the truck. Straight professional at getting my vehicle on his flatbed.…
Najib showed up so promptly to tow our car. When he realized it didn’t need to be towed, he went out of his way to fix the car’s issue even though he wasn’t supposed to do so. With his significant help, the car is running with no squeaky noise. Going to cancel my next week appointment with the mechanic.
Had to replace alternator for my car, and they did it swiftly. So far working good.
Juan was fast and extremely professional. Turnkey service and would definitely recommend Juan!!!
We had requested insurance to schedule a tow truck. These guys came exactly on time. Very knowledgeable in terms of what to expect with our car. Unfortunately the trucks tire air filler was not working for a while but thankfully we had a backup.
Ghafoori, and dispatch were very professional And I would definitely consider using them again.
My Tesla needed towing. Masud from Metro towing was prompt and courteous and took good care. Highly recommended if you want good care of your car while it’s being secured and towed.
Very knowledgeable to what needed to be done making the experience better than being terrible already.
For the second time OMAR my man from Metro Towing came to my rescue after my motorcycle broke down along hwy 84. Like the first time, he came with professionalism. Ramzi was great to help with towing my car about 100 miles. Prompt, friendly and professional service. Had a great conversation on the way and he waited until my car dealership was done with initial quick review of the car for repair.
My driver Masud helped me out of a bind with my lifted truck, he made moving my beast into a small carport parking spot like it was nothing. Even better is he had a great attitude and hesitate to offer great professional advice! I’d give him 6 stars if I could
My Ford F250 Diesel towing a cargo trailer broke down on HW 680 on the Sunol Grade. Not a good place to break down! Metro Towing came quickly with a flatbed for my F250 and they towed my cargo trailer behind the flatbed. Thank you to Metro Towing for getting me, my truck, my trailer, and my passengers back to safety!
Very pleased with the service. Quick and knowledge and they handled my car with care.
Good service.
Promptly arrived and towed my Tesla to America’s Tire Company to get a new tire. Courteous and careful with my car.
Shukran did a great job towing my Tesla Model 3! He was prompt and professional. He got my car to the Tesla service center without any problems.
Thanks Matt for your help
I had some unfortunate battery issues with my Tesla. This requires a tow to service center. The battery was completely dead, meaning “tow mode” was not an option on the car. This makes it extra difficult to have your Tesla towed. Huge thank you to Shukran from metro towing for taking care of my car and being extra careful.
Matt from Metro Towing literally saved the day getting my parcel van out of a ditch; there was no hope for our better drivers to maneuver out of the ditch, but Matt got creative and solved the issue!
Great service - needed a tow after winding up with two flats. Matt got there quick and took the time to make sure the car was carefully loaded and unloaded safely

Recently I was in need of a tow from Livermore to Hayward and my AAA roadside assistance had major delays. After 4.5 hour wait, I had enough. The Driver, let’s call him Mr. S, was an excellent communicator. Mr S. let me know every step of the way, how far away he was, what he was steps he would be taking. Great service!! I have used the towing 3 times now, once for my car before and 2 times for my motorbike. Very safe and reliable. I didn't even had to go along to the service center, they just helped drop off the vehicle to the person at service. Will use them again.
