Joe was amazing and very responsive. He was able to accommodate our schedule very quickly and willing be flexible with initial delivery, pick-up and redelivery. Pod was clean and easily to load. Their price was also very competitive. Would happily use them again and refer them to friends and clients.

Great experience. Quick on time delivery, great customer service and great communication

100% fantastic experience! My first time & wife's second time using mi box with no complaints! Even the driver was extremely polite and enquired about the mi box experience! Absolutely would recommend and is the best way to move! 1 box delivered and picked up/stored in June and 1 box delivered a week before moving…

We had an excellent experience with Mi-Box from start to finish. Joe delivered our storage container and was exceptionally professional, courteous, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to work around our schedule for the delivery and pick-up. His flexibility made the entire process stress-free. We used a…

I was completely satisfied with the services of Mi Box!! Pricing was excellent and they really cared about all of my belongings. This company stored my items safely for two weeks and delivered it back to my new location with everything intact, nothing was broken or bent, and overall it was a really phenomenal…

Everything went perfect with my move...in large part thanks to the folks at MI box! They were communicative, timely, and upfront and honest about all pricing.

Something that is not in his job description to he sure-…

My family moved from Louisiana last fall, and because we were downsizing drastically, we needed a long-term off-site storage option for many of our belongings. After seeing commercials for PODS, I reached out to them, completed a verbal agreement with a representative over the phone, and had a POD delivered to our…

Communication and flexibility were stellar. Always felt that I was taken care of and that my moving targets (no pun intended, seriously) were accommodated. Greatly appreciate Joe and his team and would highly recommend!

Absolutely, best service I’ve had in preparing our new home. I have worked with them in business dealings and now in my personal life. MI-BOX has helped me in servicing my clients in commercial & residential real estate dealings & general storage. Using them personally, transitioning from Illinois (Chicago) to NW…
