My unit had froze and there was no air flow for days in my home. Technician Santiago said it was regular warranty work. However he pointed out some issue that were present and thoroughly explained them to me. He was pleasant, friendly and thorough. Flat fee was $89 and it cost $139 for 1lb of refrigerant plus taxes.
