My unit had froze and there was no air flow for days in my home. Technician Santiago said it was regular warranty work. I've called Michael and Son's for years for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs . Every technician including Henry were professional and knowledgeable. Henry advised me of additional services that would improve cooling in my home such as upgrading attic insulation. He also encouraged me to take advantage of the maintenance plans which made sense.
I scheduled an appointment as part of my plumbing maintenance plan. Yovan came out for a diagnostic and identified a few problems.
