He quickly identified the problem, then we confirmed and he helped explain everything he was doing and…

We had used this company before and were very satisfied with their service. That’s why we called them again when our air conditioner stopped working. Unfortunately, this time our experience was very different. We were told that the entire HVAC system needed to be replaced at a cost of more than $10,000. Since this…

Miguei Rivera came out and fixed one of our HVAC cooling zones which was causing the A/C not to cool my bedroom. He replaced the zone motor with one with a great 5-year warranty. Michael and Son has a great team of experienced technicians for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and restoration. It’s so easy to have one number to call for all these services.
Really glad M&S was able to get someone out to diagnose what was going in with our AC. Carlo was super friendly and understanding. Great fella, took care of our issue and we had cool air again. Big fan of the service we’ve received so far.

Mohammed was our technician and he was amazing. On time, provided a quick fix and thorough explanation. We have used Michael and sons twice now and both times we were able to get same day service and repair. I seldom leave reviews, but wanted to make sure I recognize good service when I receive.
System was down, Michael & Sons responded same day and Santiago had the problems diagnosed and fixed in a short time.

Years later and still loving Michael and Sons. They've taken great care of us. Love that, and not waiting around all…

Steer clear of these guys! I suggest reading ALL the reviews. Don't be fooled by their 4.8 star rating. They push for good reviews to make those pop up first--hiding the numerous and very recent bad, horrible and scary reviews. They replaced our AC unit in August and botched the install causing us to go through…
