They did a plumbing inspection and found a few issues. They had the parts on the truck so everything could be done the same day. Jim did a great job explaining the issues.
Started having major water pressures in my kitchen sink late in the day Wednesday and was able to get someone out first thing on Thursday. I woke up this morning to a leak underneath my sink kitchen sink and water filling the sink cabinet. I was unsure what the problem was and frankly unsure what to do. Given that we had a major water leak about a year ago from our washing machine I was also very concerned to catch whatever this was early. I was…
Came right in time and was very professional. Every person we have ever worked with from this company has been excellent.
Absolute ripoff company. Tried to charge me $500 to replace a single outside hose bib on my home. Just had another replaced by a different plumber for $180. Do not call Michael and Sons. They won’t quote a price without sending a plumber to your house. Then your choices are : 1.) Pay them $80 for the quote 2.)…
Professional and to the point. Price was high for switching to tub focet, but overall got the job done. He didn't offer Military discount !?!?

Both crews, Gaspack and Furnace/AC, were very good. They worked hard and steady. They finished a little ahead of schedule. Tyler kept me informed and explained every thin when they were finished. They cleaned up at the end and it was like they were never here except the new systems work great.

Too expensive for a simple tub faucet replacement and did not honor web coupon.
Of the plumbers I called out to take a look at my issue, Michael's and Sons responded the quickest. Travis was courteous and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I asked him to add one more repair on and he did it without hesitation. The annual membership for servicing was a pretty…
The plumber came out and arrived on time. Outside of that and how respectful he was with communication, I do believe we had a negative experience. The cost for this entire thing was way too much. The total cost was $1,000. We had a quick-connect issue with our kitchen sink faucet, and was told we would need to get…
Frank serviced my home this week. He is professional, polite and always explains what he’s doing / answers any questions I have. Excellent service. Thank you, Frank!
Prompt, professional, personable service. Technician offered a clear explanation of what he would be doing and he provided good follow-through!
They came fast which was nice, but I’m so disappointed. My faucet was replaced with bottom shelf parts so my newly updated bathroom has garbage shower parts. an access panel was installed at the top of my stairs, (off center and not square) I’m going to have to hire someone to come in just to fix all the work I just…
Good price for an initial assessment but not very helpful afterwards.
One of our outdoor spigots was leaking and while trying to repair the leak with a wrench, I made the leak worse. Never fear, even on a Saturday, because Michael & Sons was open and responsive and sent out a technician in short order. Luis R came out and was very professional, helpful, and effective. The whole spigot…
Just had them come out to fix a leaking shower faucet and drain spout, the plumber Jason called me and was there earlier then expected, explained everything in laymen terms and was very professional, would highly recommend there services.

Jay did a great job repairing my shower canister. It was an urgent need and he arrived promptly and went above and beyond to take care of the issue.
Very pleased with the professional service that I received from Chris. My shower faucet wouldn't turn off. I finally got it to turn off myself. I researched on line to fix the problem myself. I couldn't pull off the temperature cover. I was afraid that it would break so I called for help. Chris repaired my shower…

Excellent service and wish plumbing wasn't so expensive.
My shower diverter quit working, and the water would not turn off. I called for a plumber. Frank was awesome. He was very professional.

The technician arrived early, quickly reviewed the problem and gave me several options both inexpensive and at the top of the expense level. He quickly replaced my faucet, did an excellent job and completely cleaned up after himself. I have rarely had such an excellent job done by a plumbing technician and so quickly! I recommend them unconditionally.
Amazing service! Quickly sent out a plumber. Cody was fantastic. Could not have been more professional and friendly.

We have used Michael and Son for many different projects and we have had amazing service all around! Jay has done a number of electrical projects for us and is wonderful! Juan has done plumbing work and did a great job! We plan to use both technicians for future projects!
This was an extremely disappointing experience. We had a shower faucet cartridge fail in the "open" position on a Friday just before we were to leave for a week-long family vacation, and Michael & Son was the only company that I could find that was able to provide same-day service. In addition, this happened just as…

Fabian wss Very polite, very organized, explained everthing. Did exactly what he said, and went out of his way to help my mom understand the problem and the solution.
From my first phone call which was answered quickly, I could tell this is a professionally managed company. An appointment was set up for the next day, which was a Friday of a holiday weekend when it is difficult to get anyone, and it was confirmed with a text and email. The plumber called and arrived midway…
