Carlo Rivera arrived at my home on time as expected. We discussed the problem of the condensate leak on the old system. Carlos inspected the unit and gave me reasonable options to address the issue. Water heater leaking and had to be replaced
Knowledgeable and professional. High quality
I've had multiple horrible experience with Michael's and Sons. I had an electrical issue and called their service. I paid for everything recommended including work that had nothing to do with my original issue, nearly $6K. Low and behold two days later breaker is flipping again and now I am having to call a…
We just switched to Michael and Sons because we had an emergency on the weekend, and our regular HVAC company (and all the others we called except Michael and Sons) had an AI voice answering the phone, and could not help us. Michael and Sons was the only company that had a live, sympathetic and helpful human being.…
Jordi was amazing and helped us out when the second floor of our home lost AC. He explained everything thoroughly and was very efficient with the repair.

Technician did a fine job but I am very disappointed in Michael and Sons and Trane for not standing behind a warranty that had expired by 2 months. I will not use either of them again.

Abdel (Aladdin) was great!! He did a very thorough job in cleaning my ductwork. Aladdin definitely went above and beyond to help insure that I understood what he was doing He gave great advice. Thanks so much
I scheduled two appointments days in advance because I needed to coordinate with two other people. A few hours before the appointments, they randomly canceled one of them! They do not respect your time. In another occasion, a technician came and gave me a quote for around $4500 for an HVAC fix which I repaired it…
A miracle worker! All Good!
Very thorough and respectful.
The recent activities have not been good. The AC and furnace were replaced, But the AC stopped working within two days, and I had to have someone come out to fix it. Also, it turns out that the condensation from the coil was just allowed to drip into a wooden box and not taken away by piping. There was apparently No…

Very straight forward discussion around our current unit and options to achieve our goals in cooling the house. No pressure to “decide today” which was a nice change from other companies. Look forward to continuing to work with him for the installation.
Technician fixed it for a reasonable price However, 3 hours later it breaks. Called a different company and they fixed it for a fair price and 10 days later it is still working.

During my routine service, my technician Erique informed me of water leak in my HVAC unit upstairs. He seemed genuine in diagnosing the issue & initially tired to level my unit but since it was getting late, we scheduled for a follow up service apt. He arrived promptly with his coworker Nick. They both spent…
Kacey did a great job, and he was very professional. Even though it was a last minute addition to his day, he worked through and got the job done.
My AC went out and Tarik worked late to get it going again. It was a great experience.
I drove a hour back home to have my AC repaired. Technician (kacey) never called once he was dispatched. He arrived at my house and left. Now I’m still stuck with a 90 degree house and a 9 month old baby. I had to drive back to a family member’s house at 1am.
6/2/2026- Miguel came out to us on a day that was close to 100degrees. Our upstairs unit was blowing out hot air. This was especially problematic with my husband had a hip replacement the day before. My rating is specific for Mohammed Bounagui, the technician who came to service our HVAC and correct an issue from a previous technician who did not do the install properly. My technician, Andrew, was so knowledgeable that it took him no time to assess the problem and fix it for me. I thought I was looking at a Big Bill and it turned out to be $95! This guy really knows his stuff, so much so that I tried to poach him for the technicians team at caterpillar. But he's loyal to Michael and Sons!

She was great!
Above Excellent work and detailed information great feedback and solution options for a older home thx much appreciated 👍👍
Be careful to check what they are replacing and charging. They mark up cheap parts 2400%. A 20 dollar part will cost you 600 dollars to install. More expensive than an attorneys time. Ask questions and you can probably save a ton of money ordering parts online and replacing your self.
Understood my issue, identified possible solution. Seemed quite knowledgeable of issue, made necessary revisions to electrical system. Hopefully issue is resolved.
The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a detailed listing as well as estimates. He also took pictures and showed them to me and explaining everything that he was going to do. I would definitely recommend Michael and Sons to everyone.
Having problems with my hvac, I remembered the jingle and decided to give them a call. I’ve had 4 different services and techs. All very professional and very nice. One was for an electrical quote. I really like that I could join their care plan and get discounts on services that include hvac, electric, and plumbing. It’s a one stop shop!
Easy to schedule a service request online. Technician showed up precisely as scheduled, very friendly and professional. Update: we’ve had water heater replacement , some indoor electrical, and a heat pump compressor repair done by Michael & Son over the past year. Every service trip has been top-notch.

Quick, effective, knowledgeable, professional. Edit. Problem came back 6 days later. Had to wait for them multiple days. Called elsewhere and had service within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, my Yelp review was removed for suspicion that I was bias and worked within the industry. God forbid I research equipment and attempt to help my senior citizen father. He chose to continue service and get a thermostat installed by M&S, and seemed to be confident in the tech - perhaps only after I had…

Hired Michael and Son a fifth time. This time for a furnace that wouldn’t heat. The igniter wore out. Once replaced the furnace returned to normal operation. Justin was very thorough and did a great job diagnosing the issue and walking through all the avaialable options to address it. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and with the highest quality.
On time, helped me figure out my issue right away which happened to be this huge ice block caused by wires hooked up incorrectly.
He did a great job was professional but he left a couple of things at my house someone needs to tell him
Professional, quick service. We've used them for years for plumbing, electrical, hvac and always great work.
Yousef was fast and accurate in fixing my heat. He was very professional and I highly recommend!
Jake was really professional. He examined the service areas and made recommendations all while not coming off as seeking to make money. He provided education on current codes and warranty value of proposed service repair. As a result, I gained peace of mind of a professional making my home and family safe.
Years later and still loving Michael and Sons. They've taken great care of us. William Wren was our tech today for routine maintenance and our appointment was 12-6, he called to see if he could come early, ABSOLUTELY. And now he's come and gone and its not even noon yet. Love that, and not waiting around all…
Miguel was excellent. He went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the heating issue. I switched my annual plan to Michael & Sons after this visit.

William did a great job troubleshooting and repairing the HVAC.
Adam was very knowledgeable and professional. He was honest and transparent. Great communication and attention to detail. We have always had a great experience with Michael and Sons.
Sean Dunbar was awesome! He showed up on time and was courteous and respectful. Sean knows what he’s talking about and did not try to sell us things we don’t need. I would recommend M&S without hesitation.
They deliver what they promise. Lamar has been an amazing professional and is always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
I got a call back from Michael and son. They said the technician had used the wrong code to price it and they’re going to give me a credit back for some of the work. I appreciate your effort in doing this to correct their error. Thank you very much.
Great service , could not be happier
Great service on a Saturday. Everything was thoroughly explained and shown to me.
Michael and Sons Thomas Hyatt was the most professional and knowledgeable service technician! His troubleshooting thought process was very sound and logical. He utilized all of his resources to attack the issue.
Tech was great, and was super professional.
Michael & Son has always be expediente in their response for any repair situation I’ve found myself in. 10 out of 10 recommend
This company behaved unprofessionally, inefficiently, and unethically. I received mitigation services for a bathroom leak which on the second floor, damaging the carpet there and the engineered wood on the 1st floor. Things seemed okay to me until my insurance adjuster inspected their work. The carpet was cut…
Steer clear of these guys! I suggest reading ALL the reviews. Don't be fooled by their 4.8 star rating. They push for good reviews to make those pop up first--hiding the numerous and very recent bad, horrible and scary reviews. They replaced our AC unit in August and botched the install causing us to go through…
Thank you for the help Miguel! The dudes a stud! Knowledge, helpful, honest (I do know a little about HVAC) looking forward to our next meeting to get things resolved! Thank you again!
Yousef was awesome. Notified me ahead of his arrival, diagnosed my issues quickly, walked me through my options, and did same-day repair. Very friendly, very professional. Four-stars due to the price. Their standard price -- as quoted to me -- for replacing a Honeywell damper motor is $555 without their service…
Thomas came out on a Saturday morning to fix our AC. He was very knowledgeable, polite and explained the issue well. Did not have the part needed, but will get it ordered immediately and replaced as soon as it comes in. Great service, as always with Michael & Son.
The team was very professional, quick, and efficient. They removed our old HVAC system and brought up the new system with zero trouble or noise. When they were done they ran through everything with us and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend them.
My technician Miguel did a fantastic job. After asking a few questions about our problem, he quickly had an idea of what was causing my unit to fail. He said he would have it up and running in a few minutes and he kept that promise. He also gave me some tips I was unaware of, even after many years of technician…
Travis was phenomenal and explained our HVAC issue. He provided options to get our system running optimally. I will be asking for him, specifically, in the future.
Excellent, explained in detail the issue and also explained about future possible issues.

Showed up on time. I had to have the job completed in 6 hours because I was leaving. The job consisted of about 11 parts and a recharge. He completed the task with about 45 minutes to spare. It is running fine after 3 days. DICK
Notification about the need for repair Friday at 9:00, appointments available for next day (Saturday) in the afternoon. Problem solved in no time, technician extremely friendly!
Arrived on-time. Quickly located and resolved my issue. I could not be happier with Micael and Son
Very good job. Diagnosed it right away and repaired it. Very courteous.
M and S lied to me said their representative arrived on site and could not connect to anyone so he moved on and I was going to have to wait behind other calls. The problem is I had already called them 30 minutes earlier to tell them they had missed the service window. After the phone rep "spoke to a manager" the…
Justin Farrell is a great ambassador for Michael $ Sons. He arrived within 2 hours of me placing a service call for an HVAC repair. He diagnosed the fault quickly and got the system back up and working efficiently. He was able to offer great advice and recommend new products that would help smooth running in future. He is a great asset to the company.
Miguel was very courteous and friendly. I was impressed he was able to fix my HVAC system in a single afternoon the same day I called for service.
Miguel was knowledgeable, thorough and positive. Very impressed with service, both technically and customer. Diagnosed the problem before looking at the system, but still took all steps to be completely sure. He made the repair quickly and was sure to let me know what he did and the system is back to 100%. Great experience.
Yousef came out to help me with my HVAC system, and he was super helpful and informative. They fixed my HVAC issues and quoted me a very fair price too, and provided expert insight and offered a variety of options to help my system work more efficiently.
Yousef was on-time, courteous, professional, and got the job done quickly!

Had a great experience with our plumber, Jon Ryckman. Super knowledgeable and thorough.
I got my AC replaced by Michael and Sons in 2017 but the compressor broke this year in 2025 and had to get it replaced for 3k (i believe this was for labor only for one day of work). :( Other than the price, very friendly and professional and answered all the questions we've asked and sincerely gave us a few tips to…
Thomas C. was incredibly nice, informative and diligent. I wouldn’t want anyone else to help me troubleshoot my HVAC problems.

Called in with a clogged drip line and and full drip pan at around 6:30pm, by 9:30pm Brandon had our system up and running again. With someone who has a newborn, 3 year old, and a recovering wife, I really appreciated the sense of urgency they had in getting my air back on. Great customer service through and through definitely recommend.
We are very pleased with the service provide by our Tech Andrew. He was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable about our issue and didn’t not take long to fix it. I have had quite a few different technicians from Michael &Sons work on my AC and plumbing and gas systems in the past 6 months and I have been extremely happy with the quality of the work, but also the friendly nature and thoroughness of the technicians. These are the folks that have come out: Josh Litvak, Edwin…
Our AC went out after normal hours and Johnathan was awesome! He got there within a couple hours and got everything up and running really quickly. I will definitely be using Michael and Son with any future HVAC issues now!

Thanks for coming out after hours.
My technician was Darrin W. He took his time explaining my problem to me and explained what he would recommend. I appreciated his patience, being professional and all with a smile. My husband and I had a lot of questions and Darrin answered all with a smile and explained pros and cons. Customer service was…
Horrible service, can't get the unit that they installed which is still in warranty repaired and running for more than a few months. Management is not responsive. I used Michael and Sons to diagnose and HVAC issue. They said the HVAC was fine but the problem was a breaker. They charged me around $264.00 for the…
The tech. YOUSEF did a great job, and was very professional. He explained all our options, and repaired our problem. Thank you
Easy to schedule and get support when I've had issues. I've been on a maintenance plan for several years. Not always the cheapest, but they definitely always do a great job. Most recently Ryne helped me with my plumbing and Darrin helped me with my HVAC. Would definitely recommend.
Bi-annual maintenance. I forgot to ask to have uv bulb and surge protector installed from recommendation at previous service. Tariff was able to do both in addition to the maintenance. Very professional.
Very good Work, got the job done in a good amount of time, Jonathon Webb was very professional and a very good person and worker! Our dogs liked him too!
Thomas was a "super chill" guy 😬. See what I did there? Because HVAC ... anyway, Michael an Son's seems to hire great folks. The repair diagnosis was quick, accurate, fast. Got great advice for when I need to get a new unit and fair pricing. They came to the house fast and in the window of time they promised. Great experience, thank you.

I first contacted Michael and sons to help with an issue I had with my garbage disposal. The technician that came by was extremely helpful and fixed the small electrical issue. We’re very satisfied with how Marcus handled our HVAC issue. He was honest, professional, and resolved the problem quickly—without pushing unnecessary expense like many other companies do. It was a great surprise to pay a fair amount (less than $100) and have our cool home back. We’re happy customers and will definitely call Michael & Son again.

Don was amazing! He was here same day and fixed our AC issue quickly- we would absolutely call Michael & Son again if we have any other issues
Upstairs HVAC didn't work yesterday and now it works today! I chose M&S because of Sean Dunbar!
Called because the HVAC was not cooling very well and had a zone damper stucked closed. The tech found that I was low on refrigerant and topped it off for $500, pretty expensive for 2lb of 410a. I was also charged another $100 for the diagnosis, which does sound reasonable to me. He did spend some time looking at…
Durham Gonzalez reached for the appointment on time. He was very knowledgeable and provided recommendations on our HVAC. He also checked the unit to make sure it was working perfectly.
The HVAC technician, Thomas was wonderful. He was there early, fixed the problem, chatted with my children, and taught me a bunch of things to help keep my house cool. He also answered all my pestering questions. Ten thumbs up. Will call again, 100%.

Let me tell yall, Johnathon Webb was about the best person I possibly could have asked for and worked with. A tree was struck by lightning not 30 yds from my house and he spent hours trying to find the problem as to why my AC wasn’t working. I cannot say thank you enough to him.
