Outstanding.
Timely and thorough service call. Explained all findings with costs and benefits. Maintained clean work space. Worked to get a complete understanding of the problem and came up with a simpler and less expensive solution to the problem that I had thought. Thoroughly professional. No pressure.

Carlo Rivera arrived at my home on time as expected. We discussed the problem of the condensate leak on the old system. Carlos inspected the unit and gave me reasonable options to address the issue. After much effort on his part, we agreed on the best option considering the age of the unit and cost of repair vs…

I have to give a huge 5-star review to Salah with Michael & Son. From the moment he arrived at our home, Salah was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Water heater leaking and had to be replaced
Knowledgeable and professional. High quality
I've had multiple horrible experience with Michael's and Sons. I had an electrical issue and called their service. I paid for everything recommended including work that had nothing to do with my original issue, nearly $6K. Low and behold two days later breaker is flipping again and now I am having to call a…
We just switched to Michael and Sons because we had an emergency on the weekend, and our regular HVAC company (and all the others we called except Michael and Sons) had an AI voice answering the phone, and could not help us. Michael and Sons was the only company that had a live, sympathetic and helpful human being.…
Jordi was amazing and helped us out when the second floor of our home lost AC. He explained everything thoroughly and was very efficient with the repair.
Micheal & Sons were very professional reasonable priced and fixed my problem in no time I would refer them they are good

After troubleshooting, cleaning the system and having the amps upgraded he was able to pinpoint the problem and replaced a part to finally get my unit working again. Very friendly and hardworking.

Technician did a fine job but I am very disappointed in Michael and Sons and Trane for not standing behind a warranty that had expired by 2 months. I will not use either of them again.
Josh did an excellent and professional job. He checked all my plumbing. Miguel Rivera did an outstanding job today. He cleaned both units and connected a full checkup 8/5/26 Jordi did an amazing job and was very professional and pleasant!
Well, pump repair. Service technicians were both excellent. It was an emergency repair due to no water. They were quick to assess and repair the problem all within one working day. Would recommend them and use them again for future service.
Abdel (Aladdin) was great!! He did a very thorough job in cleaning my ductwork. Aladdin definitely went above and beyond to help insure that I understood what he was doing He gave great advice. Thanks so much
I scheduled two appointments days in advance because I needed to coordinate with two other people. A few hours before the appointments, they randomly canceled one of them! They do not respect your time. In another occasion, a technician came and gave me a quote for around $4500 for an HVAC fix which I repaired it…
A miracle worker! All Good!
Very thorough and respectful.
The recent activities have not been good. The AC and furnace were replaced, But the AC stopped working within two days, and I had to have someone come out to fix it. Also, it turns out that the condensation from the coil was just allowed to drip into a wooden box and not taken away by piping. There was apparently No…

Very straight forward discussion around our current unit and options to achieve our goals in cooling the house. No pressure to “decide today” which was a nice change from other companies. Look forward to continuing to work with him for the installation.
Technician fixed it for a reasonable price However, 3 hours later it breaks. Called a different company and they fixed it for a fair price and 10 days later it is still working.
Impressed with the service experience at Michael & Sons. I scheduled online and had a tech at my home the next morning. Adam did a heckuva job getting to the root of my issue and laying out options for working through the problem. Great outfit to work with!

During my routine service, my technician Erique informed me of water leak in my HVAC unit upstairs. He seemed genuine in diagnosing the issue & initially tired to level my unit but since it was getting late, we scheduled for a follow up service apt. He arrived promptly with his coworker Nick. They both spent…
Kacey did a great job, and he was very professional. Even though it was a last minute addition to his day, he worked through and got the job done.
My AC went out and Tarik worked late to get it going again. It was a great experience.
I drove a hour back home to have my AC repaired. Technician (kacey) never called once he was dispatched. He arrived at my house and left. Now I’m still stuck with a 90 degree house and a 9 month old baby. I had to drive back to a family member’s house at 1am.
6/2/2026- Miguel came out to us on a day that was close to 100degrees. Our upstairs unit was blowing out hot air. This was especially problematic with my husband had a hip replacement the day before. He fixed the issue for us quickly and helped us learn about the maintenance agreement. We did not realize that the…

My rating is specific for Mohammed Bounagui, the technician who came to service our HVAC and correct an issue from a previous technician who did not do the install properly. Prior to Mohammed, the quality of the workmanship was lacking. After speaking with management, we now know we can request specific technicians.…

Today Jesiah came by to fix what he found last week. This man is awesome. Sorry to hear that he is leaving the company. Is sad that companies always loosing the best people . I wish him all the best and i hope the next person is coming in going beyond and above like Jesiah.
System was down, Michael & Sons responded same day and Santiago had the problems diagnosed and fixed in a short time.
