Called late Friday, Yousef came early Saturday. Very friendly and helpful. We basically already knew our entire unit would likely need to be replaced, but he wasn't pushy about it at all, gave us all the options and explained/showed us everything. Decided to replace, Sean was there later that day to provide…

We’ve been using M&S for years and when our heating and cooling system had a catastrophic failure, they were able to come out within 2 days and get a whole new system installed in just one day. Their service is top notch.
Joe is very nice and professional during HVAC system installation. He answered my questions afterward about the system. No debris left behind. Definitely will use them again.
Very very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy people to communicate with
Steer clear of these guys! I suggest reading ALL the reviews. Don't be fooled by their 4.8 star rating. They push for good reviews to make those pop up first--hiding the numerous and very recent bad, horrible and scary reviews. They replaced our AC unit in August and botched the install causing us to go through…
Jeff scheduled our meeting with Michael and Son's to replace our old HVAC system that needed to go. Justin came to our home provided an estimate after thoroughly explaining all options available to us. Horrible service, can't get the unit that they installed which is still in warranty repaired and running for more than a few months. Management is not responsive. I've gone from using M&S for ad hoc jobs, but they've done such good work that we had both our hvac and water heater replaced by them. Straight forward service and pricing, support after-the-fact, and quality work. Rock solid technicians and service personnel, too.
Jason was very prompt, professional, and polite. I highly recommend his services!
As always Blake makes sure that all electrical issues are fixed. I have been a customer since 2009.

Michael & Sons cares for our home and for other properties. Why? - Because the bi-annual maintenance plan is reasonably priced, effective and convenient. - Because the technicians are professional, efficient and communicative. - Because our units have been well-maintained under their care. I highly recommend them.
They are a great company and have been a big help to our family They go out of their way to do all the work on time and are so helpful when things are not happening on time, due to no fault on their part. They really care about their customers and do all they can to help them
My heat pump was replaced by Michael & Son the week of July 4. David worked all day putting in the new unit, taking out the old, replacing stuff under the house and putting in a new thermostat.
