Having problems with my hvac, I remembered the jingle and decided to give them a call. I’ve had 4 different services and techs. All very professional and very nice. One was for an electrical quote. Mohammed was fantastic. He went above and beyond and figured out the source of a problem that's been plaguing us for 2 years now.
Our heat went out the day an ice storm was rolling in. We called at 4pm and Miguel was at our house before 6:30pm. He was friendly and efficient, worked with my husband to understand what troubleshooting had already been done, and fixed the problem so we had a warm cozy night and are prepared for the incoming weather. Our repairman, Timothy, was fantastic! He was punctual, very professional, knowledgeable, and he explained the problem very clearly so that we understood what was wrong and needing to be fixed. Also, he didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need.
Service provider explained the problem and what he was going to do to try and fix the problem. Due to the extreme cold, he couldn't permanently fix the issue. He did get the furnace to run, but said it was probably temporary.
