Great service. Identified the problems, we were very happy with their suggestions, solutions, and pricing. They did recommend upgrading and replacing some things that we aren’t ready to yet, but I’m sure that’s a requirement of the job and they were not pushy at all when we declined. Speedy, friendly, even tried to make friends with my fearful dog.

I've gone from using M&S for ad hoc jobs, but they've done such good work that we had both our hvac and water heater replaced by them. Straight forward service and pricing, support after-the-fact, and quality work. Rock solid technicians and service personnel, too.
