Miguel was knowledgeable and efficient! Great job!
Great service from Michael & Son! I’ve used them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work and have always had a positive experience. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and show up when expected. They take the time to explain the work, answer questions, and make sure everything is done…
I have used M&S for multiple services including HVAC and water heater replacement. They are always timely and professional. Communicate well and guarantee their work.
Called late Friday, Yousef came early Saturday. Very friendly and helpful. We basically already knew our entire unit would likely need to be replaced, but he wasn't pushy about it at all, gave us all the options and explained/showed us everything. Decided to replace, Sean was there later that day to provide…
Detailed and concise. He provided educational reminders to me throughout his whole evaluation.
David and his colleague were diligent, polite and efficient. Very impressive teamwork. I highly recommend them. They deserve a bonus for doing such difficult work.
We’ve been using M&S for years and when our heating and cooling system had a catastrophic failure, they were able to come out within 2 days and get a whole new system installed in just one day. Their service is top notch.
Steer clear of these guys! I suggest reading ALL the reviews. Don't be fooled by their 4.8 star rating. They push for good reviews to make those pop up first--hiding the numerous and very recent bad, horrible and scary reviews. They replaced our AC unit in August and botched the install causing us to go through…
Great service. Identified the problems, we were very happy with their suggestions, solutions, and pricing. They did recommend upgrading and replacing some things that we aren’t ready to yet, but I’m sure that’s a requirement of the job and they were not pushy at all when we declined. Speedy, friendly, even tried to make friends with my fearful dog.
Techs were professional, quick and able to provode solutions right away. Will look to use again.
We've had our AC, Hot Water Heater, and Charging unit all replaced and installed with Michael & Son Services and they've all been great!
The whole team at Michael and Son's has been great. From the 2 gentlemen that helped install our new ductwork and HVAC unit to the finance leaders to the admins that helped schedule our appointments. One in particular stood out, Mike Glavin. His professionalism, knowledge of water heaters, wells, plumbing and water…
That was perfect experience with technician Mohammad
Victor Juarez performed the work impeccably. He and his team arrived on time and briefed me on the progress of the hvac installation throughout their time at my home. Very pleased with the system and the installation.
I've gone from using M&S for ad hoc jobs, but they've done such good work that we had both our hvac and water heater replaced by them. Straight forward service and pricing, support after-the-fact, and quality work. Rock solid technicians and service personnel, too.
They fixed the problem and it was not an easy one to solve. Great communication.
Sean D. is an excellent installer, he answered all of my questions.
Very professional and courteous! Excellent customer service! I love that I get real time updates and a text with a picture of whom I am expecting! Very affordable and incredible service every time they come out! I would go with no one else!!!
I’ve been using Michael and Sons for 5 years for everything plumbing, HVAC and electric. Great company always quick to respond and techs are super progressional. Danny our plumber is very tidy, pays attention to details and extremely professional.
Every time I have a service done they have been great. Michael Grimes was more than professional and does a great job. Would highly recommend.
I am truly one happy customer, we were flooded during a storm & one of the many things I loved about Michael & Son is that they offer all the services a home can need, from electrical, HVAC, plumbing, restoration all under one roof! It was so much easier not having to call various contractors for different…
Once again, great experience with Michael and Son. Always efficient, give great assessments and honest guidance! Will continue to use them for all of our needs!
Logan was professional, efficient and friendly.
Working with Michael & Sons was seamless—we requested an appointment for a free estimate for central AC/furnace replacement via the website Tuesday night and they were there the next morning at 9:30am! We received several estimates, and theirs was fair and straight forward. They were able to schedule our job within…
My home is 8 years old and unfortunately the builder installed a woefully inadequate HVAC system for the floorplan of this home. I went through some drama a year ago with multiple repairs, and every single person at Michael and Son warned me this system was going to keep breaking parts... And they were right, a…
Helpful, informative and efficient. My plumbing and HVAC go to.
Update June, 2023 - Just had Michael & Son install a new tankless water heater and repair a thermostat issue due to house being closed over the winter. Josh and Adam were phenomenal! Very professional and exceedingly thorough - I love this company! Nov. 2022 - I had an awful situation where I was out of state and…
Professional, informative, knowledgeable, work completed in timely manner, always polite.
The Michael & sons team showed up on time, they were very professional, and we're very kind to my son who is almost 5 and very interested in HVACs. They worked straight through the whole day and the work seems to be of really good quality.
They have installed the system we agreed upon in the timeframe we agreed upon. However, the condensing unit is so loud we can hear it inside. That has never been the case before. I asked to have my downstairs system service/pm’d while they were here to avoid having to take off work again to be here for that, this…
For the install service, 5 stars. They replaced an old HVAC system and the technicians were great. For customer service, 1 star. They took a deposit days before the install and then (accidentally) took the whole amount on install day. Okay, that's fine. I called corporate to get it fixed and they said "Okay we're…
We've used Michael & Sons before, and assumed they would be perfect to replace an old mechanical thermostat in a single-stage system, with a non-programmable digital Emerson. We bought the thermostat and had it already, and only wanted help with some confusing wiring. We figured the $90 "diagnostic" charge, then…
My heat wasn’t working and I was able to get a quick, same-day appointment. Daniel was prompt, professional, and explained my problem clearly, and installed a new thermostat (the previous owner had installed the wrong type apparently) quickly and I had heat the same day. Highly recommend!
Skilled and courteous installers.
My experience with this business was practically perfect. I searched for a business that could install a new smart thermostat, the phone number listed handled both my inquiry of the offered services and setting up an appointment, a technician came out the next day and was able to give a price estimate on the spot.…
Excellent communication. Arrived on schedule. Answered questions. Cleaned up after install.
We had great service last night at midnight for emergency maintenance on our air conditioning unit. Thomas is fantastic! He is professional, kind, and knowledgeable! He did everything he could to repair our existing unit and at least got us through the night. He explained that we really need a new unit because it is…
