Finally had a positive experience with Micheal & sons because if the excellent tech named Mike that came out. Was about to cancel our service plan due to previous visits where problem was not fixed and techs did not have parts! My water heater died and leaked through the attic floor into my daughters room. Juan was out here in a couple hours and had a plan and replaced my water heater.
Ryne did a exceptional job accessing the main cause of the water leaking downstairs. Problem was quickly eradicated and procedures explained. He also cleaned up after the work was done, which is greatly appreciated.
