Outstanding work. Awesome.
Had them do a plumbing inspection, and discovered our water pressure was really low! An hour later, it feels like taking a shower at a 5 star hotel! Very professional and trustworthy.
Angel, Michael & Sons, & all employees are spectacular. Always professional, respectful, courteous, prompt (sometimes previous clients, same day, run long but generally arrive as promised). Leaky old toilet. Needed new toilet anyway, so toilet replaced in a timely manner. Have been a client since 8/2019.
Great service!!!
Called Michael & Son after my garbage disposal stopped working. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Frank C. Was assigned as my technician and showed up ready to fix it. He was extremely professional and explained why my disposal probably stopped working and ways to avoid this issue again. He was able to…
My water heater died and leaked through the attic floor into my daughters room. Juan was out here in a couple hours and had a plan and replaced my water heater.
Ryne did a exceptional job accessing the main cause of the water leaking downstairs. Problem was quickly eradicated and procedures explained. He also cleaned up after the work was done, which is greatly appreciated.

The crew at Michael & Son are both professional and knowledgeable. I initially reached out to them for some toilet repairs, and after the great work and service provided that day I signed up for their maintenance package. After signing up, they come out to do initial inspections across all utilities and propose any…
We always have such a wonderful experience using Michael and Son. Today Brayan came to replace a toilet and he went above and beyond. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, gave me all of my options, was upfront about cost, and answered all of my questions. I will continue to use Michael and Sons!

Moved into my new home to find the kitchen faucet leaking so badly I couldn’t use it at all. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (saturday) with no weekend upcharge. Josh was really nice and professional and was able to replace the faucet easily. I’m not sure how the price compares to other…
Will visited today to take care of annual maintenance. Their team is well trained and professional. The added bonus is the wonderful customer service they bring. Much appreciated because it is lacking with so many businesses.
The work was done quickly, the team was professional, and it was a great value. We will definitely be using this company again!
I’ve been using Michael and Sons for 5 years for everything plumbing, HVAC and electric. Great company always quick to respond and techs are super progressional. Danny our plumber is very tidy, pays attention to details and extremely professional.
Jason did a great job of diagnosing the issue with our hot water heater and had it repaired very quickly. The pictures and explanations he provided to cover his diagnostics and resolution are an extra value in customer service.
Michael & Son's Tim and Eric did a great job cleaning my air ducts. All the debris and dirt recovered was shown to me in pictures and also on view in the equipment. They took great care coming in and out of the home, in handling vents covers and also in recommendations/expectations. Oh! they were just great…
My water was not working and I needed an emergency visit from a plumber. Michael & Son responded very quickly and fixed my issue that night. They also noticed and fixed a leaky faucet during their visit. I will definitely be using their services again!
I do need to see the tech. I still have a small leak. But he did doing good work.
Brandon Whitley was here today & swapped out a Regular outlet for a GFI In-N-Out laundry room. And he installed a surge protector on our panel. Ryan Disorbo installed a new pressure reducing valve, installed. New main shutoff valve and did a flush on our hot water heater. Both were great & did efficient work. ————…
They are on time and very professional, tidy and courteous in doing their assigned tasks. Electrician David Crispin was very courtious, friendly and took time to hear about our problems. Did a good job. Cleaned up all the work areas before he left. Very professional in his skills.
Shane cantbary a very professional plumber was very good. highly recommend Michael and sons for all your plumbing needs. my previous experience for an electric issue was also very favorable. We have a home care plan which is very valuable. this covers HVAC Plumbing and Electricals for annual inspections for reasonable fee
Had a pipe burst on a Sunday and had to call Michael & Sons for an emergency dispatch. Though the emergency dispatch fee came at a slight premium, it is totally worth it. Frank arrived early, made a quick diagnosis of our issue and quickly got to work. An hour and a half later he's gone and we're up and going and…
I was quite impressed with the level of personable service from Frank from Michael and Sons. He was patient, professional and never pushy. Fabian and Jay were awesome! They came and installed a new water heater for us and were able to fix our water pressure issues the same day they came to give us an estimate. They were professional, timely, and very thorough in their explanation of what they were going to do and what they did once the work was complete.
I had two electricians, a plumber, and an HVAC tech out to my house for routine inspections and maintenance. All of them were professional, friendly, and extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely work with this company again in the future.
Professional, friendly, and thorough.
Paris was wonderful.
We've been using Michael & Son for several months now, and it's been great. So far, they've repaired our water heater setup, replaced rusty pipe valves, installed a whole-house water softener/filtration system, inspected our plumbing and HVAC systems and repaired a broken shower pipe. With all the work they've done,…
My whole house water filter was pulling off the wall. Frank was very professional and was able to make a quick trip to Home Depot for supplies to address the issue. Not many plumbers have remodeling backgrounds so I was fortunate!
The company was very professional and responsive. I was able to schedule and appointment one night and have them at my house the next day. The technician, Cody, called me 10 minutes before my scheduled window even started to let me know that he was on his way. He was able to address AND correct my issue quickly, effectively, and was friendly to boot!
Great service today! Thank you again Ryan - excellent communication, timely, great work and so helpful. Appreciate it!
I can't say enough good things about Juan Castillo, the plumber from Michael & Son. He researched the leak under our sink that we called them for but then proceeded to answer several of my other questions about our water heater and valves in our engineering closet. He explained everything in terms I (or any lay…
Ryan was very professional and timely, we are very happy with his work and would recommend him to others
Frank was awesome, we needed to find and fix the source of some issues and he did a great job. No more leaks, and we’re confident the new toilet we got (we bought it and he installed it) won’t have the same issues as the old one. Came back to check in about pricing, and let us know the priority of each. Thanks Frank!
Very professional, good knowledge, personable.
Angel was great! Very professional! Will definitely use Michael and Son again. Will probably sign up for the HVAC maintenance program they offer. Was a great price!
Technician Ryan showed great professionalism. I especially appreciate his openness to questions and thorough responses. Also, the customer service phone staff were professional - they responded gracefully, with patience and efficiency.

They were very good in communication. They advised really good things and performed the work quickly and to our satisfaction.
We had NO water at 7 a.m. We called Michael & Son on their 23 hour service line and they replaced our well's pump and ALL items related to water delivery to our house (which is 42 years old). Work was excellent and professionally accomplished, and we had water right after lunch time the same day.
I needed someone to install the faucet on my new vanity and reconnect the plumbing. Michael & Son gave me a 2.5 hour window for arrival and Juan showed up at the beginning of the window of time - that never happens at least for me! He discovered that my painters had damaged the pipe and promptly repaired it. He was…
Very courteous and great service.
Mike Glavin was very professional and did a great job!
Joshua (plumbing), Jasper (electrical), and Taylor?(electrical) were great! They worked together to diagnose unusual well water issues and repaired the problems. All three technicians were polite and helpful. The customer service phone operators were helpful and they went to great lengths to resolve the issues.

Great service. Fast, efficient, and kind. Will definitely work with them again.
Very satisfied. Tom, our plumbing tech was very helpful and was able to find the leak and correct the problem. Restoration of the damage by Michael and son has already been scheduled.
As always, I am thrilled with the plumbing service we received from the Michael & Sons team! Their communication was spot on, they came out the same day, and provided options that fit our needs and budget. Thomas was polite, professional, and wonderfully capable. Thanks, y’all!
Needed to replace a pressure reducing valve. The technician, David, was great. Gathered info on our problem, and diagnosed quickly. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process.
The work was completed in a timely way.
Great Service ! Ponce is by far the best technician ! My brother had a heating/air co. that taught me a lot about the business! I hope my judgment would help someone! Trust me a great employee makes a company great !
I had a great experience with Shane, he was very professional and got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. Their prices are pretty high though, without looking into other companies. Besides that I will keep using them for any of my plumbing needs!
Excellent service, and trustworthy! Took the time to do things right and explain the whole process. Will absolutely only use them again in the future.
Needed urgent repair of water leak from a bathtub faucet on a Sunday. Paid $170 in order to have someone to come check the issue on the same day. I had shut down my main water supply to the entire house until the repair is done. The person who came in basically stated the obvious and did nothing, he told that there…
Good work and excellent response time.
Juan was fantastic! He was communicative throughout, knowledgeable, and generous with his time and advice. He walked us through everything so we were aware of what he was doing every step of the way. 10/10 would call him again.
Great work
David was professional, kind, informative and overall a spectacular employee. He fixed our problems and gave us detailed information about what he was doing. This company is lucky to have him and I’ll certainly request them again.
I called Michael and Son Services to get a plumbing quote recently. The technician ,Juan Castillo. visited my home. Juan reviewed the project and gave me a thorough overview of Michel and Son plumbing services and the scope of work. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and good nature. I did not…
I'm sure our visit was one our tech will talk about for a while. We were having issues with no pressure in our shower but when he showed up, it was just fine! We laughed at the situation and I was really happy with Kaile's professionalism and how easy he was to work with.
Cody, from Michael and Son Services called to say he was going to arrive soon then kindly heeded my request to not ring the bell as it was early for other sleepers. He called when he arrived and was pleasant, knowledgeable about my plumbing questions and took care of what was needed. I would most definitely hire M&S…
Incredibly overpriced Did not use
We had a great experience with Michael & Son when our water heater needed to be replaced. Technician David Riviera was extremely professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything so we could make an informed decision. Highly recommend! Thank you, David!
My first experience with the company was so fantastic that I went straight to them for my most recent plumbing issue. Booking an appointment is super easy, and the turnaround time is fast! Each technician I've had visit has been professional, articulate, honest, and accommodating (kids and animals rule this house).…
Very overpriced. Quality quick device but very expensive!
Was out in car, repairman showed up and had the toilet fixed before I arrived home! Very personable young man; good company representative!
They were really nice and responsive. They did a good job of fixing my clogged drains. Felt like $388 was a lot of money to run a snake through the drain but I don’t know anything about plumbing.
Both Petey and Tommy who was training under him went above and beyond to help with a tricky plumbing situation. I appreciated them being so responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company and would use their services again in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work guys!!!
I had a Hot water tank leaking. They did a same day service. They were very Professional from start to finish. Stacey answered my call and was very nice and courteous. Anthony the tech assigned called ahead and arrived on time. Anthony’s professionalism and attention to detail is the reason I will call Michael&Sons…
Had a very good experience with great results and friendly technicians. The real only downside is the high cost.
Juan was excellent, responsive, informative & helpful. We were very happy with him & would use him again.
My wife and I finished a $150k+ renovation on our home this summer. We noticed that the upstairs shower was not hot enough for our liking. So, I scheduled with the company to come out to change the temperature setting in the shower value. Simple enough you would think. Well, when I return home the evening of the…
Very helpful, professional, informative and down to earth. Will definitely use this company again if anything comes up again.
They were quick to get someone to our house the same day to stop a leak under the sink. The technician Josh was very professional in his work, gave us some good advice. He came early and completed the work very efficiently. Will definitely call them again in the futuer.
Michael and Sons responded quickly to get someone to my house to repair a broken water line. Juan was extremely professional and friendly. He explained exactly what he needed to do to repair a broken water line under my kitchen sink and got the job done.
Great customer service, knowledgeable and professional.
John explained the problem, gave me options and advice. The scheduler called with updates and kept me informed. Everyone on this team was professional and a pleasure to work with.
Fabian is an expert plumber who explains things well, repeats back information to make sure we understood what our problems were and even found additional problems we didn't know we had. We had him come tell us why our drains smelled so bad. Not only did he fix the drain problem but he also identified a leak in our…
Juan did a great job. Excellent service.
Technician showed up a full 4 hours sooner than the earliest time I was promised! I had called a half dozen plumbers and no one could get to me until next week. Michael and Sons fit me in the day I called. And they got the job done.
We appreciate you sending Jenaro, our technician. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service.
We were charged for an emergency visit, and they couldn't even fix the problem the same day. Then, the quote they gave us to replace our well pump was double what we just paid a few months ago to another company. Never again will I call these folks.
I had been waiting for another company all day! One call to Michael and Sons and a technician was on the way within the hour! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This company ROCKS! I will definitely use them again!
They were on time, very professional, they went the cheapest route, they came to inspect the work and they did it the same day in a timely manner. I will use them again.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. We had a shower faucet cartridge fail in the "open" position on a Friday just before we were to leave for a week-long family vacation, and Michael & Son was the only company that I could find that was able to provide same-day service. In addition, this happened just as…
They fixed the leak under my sink. Thank you.
Fast and professional . Installed a new pressure tank , pressure switch and well pump . Very satisfied
Geovani and Luis were awesome and so easy to work with! They were professional and very conscientious of their work!! We used them to do a revision of our leach field before we had inground pool installed. Highly recommend them!!
Service person did great job. Prices are somewhat high and will price out better next time. Not first time
