The Restoration Contractor completely lied about the services that Michael and Sons was able to provide and even put services on our estimate that Michael and Sons do not do and…
Frank was very professional, knowledgeable, articulate, and thorough. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be done at every step until our issues were resolved.
Juan is excellent!
We had a pretty bad experience with the first plumber they sent out, but they really turned it around on the second visit. After the last visit I left a bad review, and management replied shortly after. The plumber they sent today checked all the boxes. Thomas Hyatt was professional and very approachable. Within…
Technician was very professional and insightful. Nevertheless, an over $700 quote seems to be too much. Vanity trap was leaking and the wall may have to be opened up.
David did a great job!! He was super professional, explained things well, and was very timely.
Fabian and Jay were simply amazing! Professional and high-quality work. They took the time to walk us through what was done and provided some helpful tips on things to look for and avoid to prevent future issues. Highly recommend their work.

Frank was awesome!
They were the only ones available and came right around the time I needed them to on busy Christmas week. My technician was very professional and great at detecting the origin of the leak above my garage ceiling. Pricing was fair for the 3 hours spent so definitely recommend using their services.
The plumber Juan was excellent! He went above & beyond educating me on my plumbing issues.
Petey and his apprentice were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend their service for plumbing. While not the cheapest, the quality speaks for itself.
Excellent plumbing and HVAC inspections, with great feedback on imminent issues.
I have had Michael and Sons to my home on several occasions for both repairs and maintenance. All of their service people have been professional and have kept me informed of what they were doing and how much things would cost
Michael & Son always comes through! We have had 2 small leaks over the last year in our basement, and they were the quickest to be to our house so I booked them (again). Their prices are not the cheapest. But they do things right: They are very professional; they arrive on-time or even early; they find & fix…
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! The dispatch line from my dishwasher to my sink became disconnected at 1am on a Saturday morning, which caused a rush of water to leak through my under sink cabinets onto my floor. By 1:30am, when I heard the noise, I got up and I already had 2 inches of standing water…
Great turn around time and a very professional young man that came out and did the job. Took a very short amount of time for him to find repair and be on his way. Very satisfied.
Very professionally performed assessment of work that needs to be completed in various bathrooms in the house.
Called Michael and Sons as I needed someone to come immediately due to an issue with our sewer ejection pump and standing water in the basement. Juan Castillo was our tech, and he was fantastic! He explained everything clearly, got the job done and gave me next steps. He was also such a pleasant person to be around. Thanks Juan and thanks Michael and Sons!
Juan came out quickly and was able to detect the problem and get it fixed efficiently and professionally! Michael and Son was quick to provide follow up and scheduling of restoration services despite it being after business hours. A stressful and unknown situation was immediately calmed down by the work and…
I heard water running last night in the crawl space. I shut the water off to the house and went to bed. In the morning I called different companies who couldn’t fit in that day and wanted to charge me an emergency charge around $150. I then called Micheal and Sons who got me in and came to my house in the…
Petey was above and beyond, excellent service! He answered all my questions, did an amazing job, professional and friendly! Thanks Petey!

Upstairs tub leak.
Quick response, and excellent communication prior to the service. David was professional and personable, and he did a great job on the repair and the cleanup afterwards. I would definitely use them again.
Frank is personable and professional communicating his assessment, identifying and rectifying the problem. Wonderful customer service.
I have used Michael & Son before, and I’ll call them again when I need help. Mr Castaneda was efficient, professional, and friendly. With an old house any pluming problem is rarely straightforward. Mr Castaneda explained everything he needed to do bring things up to code, and got it done the same day! Impressive.
Frank quickly spotted the leak issue underneath our house on the Sunday after Hurricane Ian. I'm sure they were swamped - no pun intended - but appreciate them getting here after hours for us.
I called around 4:30 and Mike came out around 7 to start the work. Great guy and very knowledge. Good to know that you can count on them in a pinch.
Kaile did a fantastic job fixing the leak in our toilet. He was so personable and arrived on time even thought it was a weekend. He did a great job and checked and double checked his work after he finished to make sure. We would definitely call him again if we need any plumbing repairs.
Very detailed explanation, honest diagnosis and reasonable emergency price.
Yovan (plumbing) and Miguel (HVAC) were amazing! On time, thorough in checking and documenting current issues, very helpful in explanations of current and future problems and solutions. Very amiable and professional. Looking forward to continue working with Michael&Sons for future home repairs/installs. Thank you!!!!!
I want to be abundantly clear, this is by far the best service, from any home repair call I have ever had. I have never seen a human being work more efficiently, cleanly, and effectively before in my life. My father, a state water repairman has my bar for plumbers set super high and this man would have made my…
Juan was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything to me. He even fixed an issue we didn't know we had that later down the road would have cost us thousands of dollars to fix. While the price of plumbing work is always painful, it will be worth it in the long run. For…
Cameron was knowledgeable of my problems, explained options clearly and fixed problems to my satisfaction.
There are so many great qualities about the people and the absolute highest quality of workmanship they provide to their customers. I’ve used several of their services since buying my home 2 years ago and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They do it all!

One of the most comprehensive, knowledgeable, and courteous repair visits that the wife and I have ever had the pleasure to experience. This outfit definitely has the pros on staff!
Peter was great today, came in, checked what he needed to check and explained what I should look out for in the future. I really appreciated him taking the time to talk to me and explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and what I needed to do in the future. Update, I had another plumbing issue and called…
I had two electricians, a plumber, and an HVAC tech out to my house for routine inspections and maintenance. All of them were professional, friendly, and extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely work with this company again in the future.
The company was very professional and responsive. I was able to schedule and appointment one night and have them at my house the next day. The technician, Cody, called me 10 minutes before my scheduled window even started to let me know that he was on his way. He was able to address AND correct my issue quickly, effectively, and was friendly to boot!
Frank was very professional and started with the least invasive option first instead of the most expensive which we appreciated. Very nice to work with. I would recommend Michael and Sons
I can't say enough good things about Juan Castillo, the plumber from Michael & Son. He researched the leak under our sink that we called them for but then proceeded to answer several of my other questions about our water heater and valves in our engineering closet. He explained everything in terms I (or any lay…
Responded to my emergency water leak on a Friday afternoon. Fixed that problem and another to boot. Very kind, did a great job of explaining everything. Happy to have found them, signed up for the maintenance program.
Very professional and friendly
My upstairs toilet line became plugged and water overflowed. They found the stoppage and repaired both toilet lines. I am so happy that I called them because they came immediately. Not like the other business (R/R) that said the soonest they could send someone was Sunday afternoon! Really?? I got water failing…
My shower diverter quit working, and the water would not turn off. I called for a plumber. Frank was awesome. He was very professional.
Our service tech, Juan, did a great job quickly diagnosing and fixing the concerns. We were given choices to fit our needs and kept updated throughout the process. He was professional and cleaned up well after he was done. We would definitely recommend this business.
Joshua (plumbing), Jasper (electrical), and Taylor?(electrical) were great! They worked together to diagnose unusual well water issues and repaired the problems. All three technicians were polite and helpful. The customer service phone operators were helpful and they went to great lengths to resolve the issues.

Amazing service! Quickly sent out a plumber. Cody was fantastic. Could not have been more professional and friendly.
Juan was very helpful, professional, & explained everything so we knew exactly what needed to be done. 10/10 recommend
The technician came to find the source of a leak in my ceiling. He asked me to go upstairs and turn on various water sources from my Master Bath and adjacent laundry room, but none appeared to show a real time leak. Based upon the location of the water damage on the ceiling I figured out that it had to be coming…
I called Michael and Sons late in a rainy day with a hot water heater emergency. A tech was out in an hour or so and found and fixed the problem. Extremely professional and competent. I will use them again! Highly recommend.
Called them late afternoon to ask for residential service repairing a leak in a water line. Got an appointment for the following morning. The repairman called early to say he had finished a prior job and could come even sooner if it was convenient for me. Arrived, pinpointed the problem, went off to get the…
Eric was very through explaining the issue with our light fixative. He was very patient and answered all the questions we had. He also alerted us to Michael and sons’ membership which will save 10%.
Customer service was awesome. Their representative on the phone was extremely professional and efficient. Expectations were very clear and defined. They arrived on time and were immediately engaged in finding the leak. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a typical leak but a venting issue but they were able to provide next steps.
Had a very good experience with great results and friendly technicians. The real only downside is the high cost.
I had a leak from the ceiling in my downstairs bathroom. I attempted to get help for two days from another company with no luck. My father referred me to Michael & Son Services. I called them and got an appointment the next day. Our technician Paris was awesome. He was on time and his work was efficient and he…
I'm very happy with this company. This is our second experience and no complaints at all.
My system shut down. I had no water. The tech from M&S comes the first day and assesses the issue, decided it was a part that needed repair and ordered the parts to do so, scheduling me for 10:30 the next day. The next day comes, and I hear nothing from them until about 1:30, when I’m told the guy is on his way and…
Totally blown away by the level of service received. They came same day and actually diagnosed and repaired the issue. Don’t go anywhere else. Just use Michael and Sons.

Joe was very attentive to my needs and feedback, friendly and helpful.
I had a tenant who called and said that a pipe burst. I took the 2 Hour Drive to go to the house and Ended up behind a Michael and son truck about 15 miles outside town. Did a great job. Same day service. On time. Fixed leak and didn’t try to oversell other repairs not necessary at this time.
Great job. There when promised, found and fixed leak very quickly and to my satisfaction.
Enjoyed Anthony conversation and work
My advice to anyone considering calling this company, DONT! I called them they fixed a tiny leak and told me it was fine 15 min after he left water is running down the driveway! I ended up calling another plumber that actually came and fixed the problem! They took my money but didn’t even do their job! Never call this company you will regret it!
