Both crews, Gaspack and Furnace/AC, were very good. They worked hard and steady. They finished a little ahead of schedule. Tyler kept me informed and explained every thin when they were finished. They cleaned up at the end and it was like they were never here except the new systems work great.

Frank went above and beyond to help us find and repair a leaky pipe.
Excellent service
Fabian did an excellent job on the two issues we had noted. He was courteous, professional, friendly. Would highly recommend.
Had a weekend plumbing emergency (damaged shower valve) and got 24-hour service to replace the valve (starting at 6:30 pm, finished by 8:00 pm) so that we could turn the house water back on. Unfortunately, it was very expensive ($1,900) and the only choice of fixtures was of lower quality and doesn't match. Also,…
Price was a more than expected but Jay Carter arrived on time, same day service, and his prompt assessment, fixed the issue and we were back in business to have running water once again. If i ever need a plumber I will definitely request Jay!

One of our outdoor spigots was leaking and while trying to repair the leak with a wrench, I made the leak worse. The whole spigot…

Fabian was great for some plumbing issues I was having! He was prompt, communicative, and had great suggestions for cost savings and other upkeep! I've used this company many times and pleased each time!
Rhyne was actually a little early which I appreciated since we had no water. He explained as he went since the repair became more complicated but he finished it up, cleaned up and made sure we were happy with it. Our first time using Michael & Sons but they are our “go to” now.
Plumbing repair work was contracted and was completed. They said they performed other services. We paid 3 other companies to review. Michael & Sons totally ripped us off for over $10k. There were many issues. Cannot recommend this company!
They did great work. Wish they had a payment plan
Frank showed up on time even though my phone was screening his arrival call, he persisted because he knew it was urgent. Ended up being an easy fix for him and he did a great job.

Frank did a great job. Came by earlier than anticipated on a Saturday and (as far as I can tell) did impeccable work.
Josh came and fixed an outdoor fixture that had a tricky issue. Quick and professional service.
What a JOKE! Our hot water heater pipe was leaking. We paid for the emergency service call which turned out to be $280. The technician told us that to fix the leaking pipe it would be $1100. I looked up thr parts and saw that they were only $50. He then tried to scare us by saying that he could not come back until…

Communication with the company is great. Our technician was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem quickly.
Replaced cast iron drain pipe with PVC. Charged over 3k for removal and 20 feet of PVC. Didn’t clean up the cast iron was left under the house. Also didn’t use proper sealant so the PVC pipe leaked. Called and left messages no response. Had to have another company verify their shabby work. The other licensed…

Juan. Very professional and well mannered. On time. Explained procedure. Overall excellent 👌 service.
Excellent service, on time, very fast and professional work. Would give a higher rating but $612 for 30 minutes of work was WAY too high.
Josh was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed our water heater quickly! Thanks!
I called to have a hot water heater recirculating valve installed. The quote they gave me included replacing unrelated hardware such as the cold water valve and dishwasher valve under the sink at a charge of $150 per valve. This is more than 3 times the going rate. All told, what should have been a 1 hour…

Paid 70 bucks for a technician to not even look at my bathroom faucet before quoting me 400+ dollars to fix a drip. He wasn’t even out of my driveway before I had already booked a local handyman who said he could fix it for less than 200.
We had the indoor leaky main shutoff valve replaced along with one of the rusted toilet water hoses. Ryan was courteous, on time and did a nice job to fix the issues.

These dudes were awesome. Anthony was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them back when I need more plumbing work done.
Josh and jasper were on time and very professional while I was up stairs working. They both delivered 5 star service. And great quality work.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. We had a shower faucet cartridge fail in the "open" position on a Friday just before we were to leave for a week-long family vacation, and Michael & Son was the only company that I could find that was able to provide same-day service. In addition, this happened just as…
They wanted to charge $1,000.00 to clear a sink and replace a pipe that costs about $20 at Home Depot. After the work was already done they called for payment. The only estimate given was $169 charge to assess the problem. They lowered the bill to $878 but that is an outrageous bill to pay for a small service call…
Edwin was prompt, polite, and extremely detailed in diagnosing and explaining the cause of our plumbing problems and repairs needed. He repaired the problem and recommended additional services that M&S provides. He didn’t sound like a salesman or that he had rehearsed an additional sales pitch speech. He just talked…

Wow, its hard to find words on how impressed our family is with Bryan's services. He took time to make absolutely sure he repaired our mainline blockage. He was here…
Ryan was great! Very informative and professional, provided options and pricing, completed work in a timely manner. I would definitely request him if we need service again.
We had a crossed hot and cold lines from new construction but since then building had been fully finished, I had 2 other companies show and look but did not want to take on the task of finding the mistake, But with the help of Peter and Ray from Michael & Sons and a full days worth of work and couple holes in…
Was very impressed by the written performed by Bryan this morning. He did a great job installing new spigots. He was very respectful and thorough. I was very impressed with the quality of work completed.
Friendly and Professional Fabian was great to work with.
Ryan was on time, very professional, and did excellent work installing a new hot water heater, fixing an unseated toilet, and fixing a bathroom fixture. I was very impressed that he came first thing in the morning and did the entire job the same day.
Fabian was very professional and nice, and he identified the issue very quickly. He explained to me what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it, as well as double checked with the homeowner to make sure she was aware of the situation as well before leaving. A very good experience.
Fabian wss Very polite, very organized, explained everthing. Did exactly what he said, and went out of his way to help my mom understand the problem and the solution.
Ryan did an excellent job, was quick and professional. He came out on a Sunday to fix a cracked pipe,
