Thomas did a great job replacing our Liberty pump
We discovered the sewer clean out in the front yard was leaking sewage Friday at 11am just before heading out for Labor Day weekend. Michael and Sons arrived earlier than they said they would and had the clog cleared up within 30 minutes. Fast and professional.

Apparently, a company can include septic repair in their service list when the sum total of their "service" was to tap it with a shovel. They didn't pump septic tanks and didn't know anyone to call who would. I had to find another company on my own to get our septic running again.
Had to replace wiring for septic alarm box.
Paid over $200.00 basically for a hose clamp. We still can’t use dishwasher, sink, and garbage disposal which is the reason we placed the service call. I am the owner of JT’s Creamery and we have a sewer issue with the building. The company was polite and professional on the phone and quickly sent staff out to our sight. Not just once but twice. We are still working on finding a solution, but they are working with us as well as our building owners.

Excellent service. I’ve used them to install a clean-out, install an attic HVAC, and service and repair a crawl space HVAC. Scheduling has never taken more than five minutes, service techs were on-time, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently Miguel serviced my AC systems, and I’m extremely happy with the results.
