Thomas did a great job replacing our Liberty pump
We discovered the sewer clean out in the front yard was leaking sewage Friday at 11am just before heading out for Labor Day weekend. Michael and Sons arrived earlier than they said they would and had the clog cleared up within 30 minutes. Fast and professional.
Matt, John, and the guy with the Bluetooth arm (Alexander?) all said they'd hit me if I didn't leave a 5 ⭐ review, so here goes... Kidding aside, a great group of folks to work with! everyone had a great sense of humor and were extremely professional. They put my mind at ease on a very scary repair, and I feel…
Jason was great. It was a very busy time and he handled everything in a very professional and timely manner. His communication was thorough and prompt. This was a very smooth experience.
On time, very professional, resolved the plumbing issues, and explained problem in depth!
Apparently, a company can include septic repair in their service list when the sum total of their "service" was to tap it with a shovel. They didn't pump septic tanks and didn't know anyone to call who would. I had to find another company on my own to get our septic running again.
Had to replace wiring for septic alarm box.
Paid over $200.00 basically for a hose clamp. We still can’t use dishwasher, sink, and garbage disposal which is the reason we placed the service call. This company has been our go to for years and now we need to call a different company to address the same issues. Added a star for tech diagnosing a defective…
Excellent job! I was informed every step of the way what he was doing and the condition of the systems.
Great service we encountered. He was patient and thorough with his repair.
Hhhh
They fixed my sewage drain pipe that was damaged by a tree root. The technicians were great!!
Ryan was the absolute best. Was afraid that because I am a female that I would get railroaded but Ryan took the time to explain each step and why and what the outcome could be. Made me feel safe and confident that my issue is fixed. Highly recommend!
I am the owner of JT’s Creamery and we have a sewer issue with the building. The company was polite and professional on the phone and quickly sent staff out to our sight. Not just once but twice. We are still working on finding a solution, but they are working with us as well as our building owners.
Fabian is a top notch plumber at Michael and Sons. He is efficient, knows all things plumbing and always cleans up the work area. He explains what the problem is in a transparent way and is thorough in his work.
Petey showed up before the timeframe I was given. He was very nice and knew exactly what he needed to do to snake out the sewer line in my backyard as my toilets were not flushing. Petey and his trainee were very professional and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I have used Michael and Sons before…
Rylanl was very profesional and explained clearly what had to be done. Stanley
Excellent service. I’ve used them to install a clean-out, install an attic HVAC, and service and repair a crawl space HVAC. Scheduling has never taken more than five minutes, service techs were on-time, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently Miguel serviced my AC systems, and I’m extremely happy with the results.
Replaced sump pump float
Overpriced for the service

Prompt and outstanding service. Highly recommended.
We called in after 5:30pm on Friday during the holiday season and a fantastic technician, Juan, came out quickly! The issue was resolved and we were able to use the water within two hours of the initial call!
Geovani and Luis were awesome and so easy to work with! They were professional and very conscientious of their work!! We used them to do a revision of our leach field before we had inground pool installed. Highly recommend them!!
Wow, its hard to find words on how impressed our family is with Bryan's services. He got to our home extremely quickly, he was very professional, straight forward, knowledgeable, and he helped us every way possible to fix our issues. He took time to make absolutely sure he repaired our mainline blockage. He was here…
Quick to come out and fix clogged main line to sewer. Explained root damage clearly and options to resolve.
