Shower was broken. Juan was very kind and got the job done quickly. Service was good, but we were grossly overcharged.
If I could give Juan 10 stars out of 5, I would! He was so pleasant, helpful, and thorough. Communication was great and he went above and beyond to make sure the work was outstanding.
Thank you for being able to come out as early as you did!
Nolen is amazing! Quick, clean, efficient, informative, and professional at ALL times. If you want an example for the rest of your team, please point to him
Had a shower that wouldn’t stop trickling water. Alex was able to come out same day and helped get the part we needed replaced. It even helped our shower heat up faster and hotter. Will absolutely have him back for more work.
Josh, did a great job, was courteous and knowledgeable. Would use again.
Danny was very professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose multiple plumbing issues very quickly. He was very detailed in showing and describing to me what each problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. He also gave very honest recommendations and options for me to choose in order to resolve each issue. Highly recommend
Our technician Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and helpful. He identified and corrected an issue with our shower valve as well as with our main water shut off valve and had both fixed in no time. Would highly recommend working with him.
Brayan went completely above and beyond during this repair appointment. He came in to help with our disposal (which was fixed quickly) and ultimately ended up fixing a long-broken shower and helping with long term plans to protect our water system and fixtures. He even fixed a lose doorknob he noticed!!
Great job Jacob! He gave me options and explained clearly what needed to happen. I was very satisfied with his service😉
The technician Adam was very communicative and prompt and had excellent customer service skills! We were very pleased with his service and would highly recommend using this company!

David was very professional, timely, and thorough
Great job! Very friendly, explains everything, took time to keep the house clean. We’re very happy with Michael and Sons. Highly recommend!
We've used Michael & Son Raleigh dozens of times in the past and they've always been the most expensive for commercial services. We use them alongside several other companies because they are professional, courteous and have done an above average job. This is a review for the business practices and not the…
I requested service on August 21st, 2025 because my shower wasn't working. I was able to get a same day appointment. John was dispatched to my home and he diagnosed & fixed the problem within an hour. After he completed the job, he gave instructions to let the silicone dry overnight, but showed me the shower worked…
Thankful to Noah and the M&S team for replacing the tub drain pipes. Best birthday present I could have gotten was the chance to take a shower in my own home :).
My service tech was great. I supplied the part needed to repair the leaking faucet in the tub. I was shocked at the price I was charged for such a small repair. Even with senior discount it was very high. I will consider an independent plumber in the future.
Always great service, very knowledgable and friendly. Thanks Petey!
The technician was on time, professional and courteous. I do feel like the name Michael & Sons name allows them to charge a lot more for their services. But work was great
