Shower was broken. Juan was very kind and got the job done quickly. Service was good, but we were grossly overcharged.
If I could give Juan 10 stars out of 5, I would! He was so pleasant, helpful, and thorough. Communication was great and he went above and beyond to make sure the work was outstanding.

Had a shower that wouldn’t stop trickling water. Alex was able to come out same day and helped get the part we needed replaced. It even helped our shower heat up faster and hotter. Will absolutely have him back for more work.

Danny was very professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose multiple plumbing issues very quickly. He was very detailed in showing and describing to me what each problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. He also gave very honest recommendations and options for me to choose in order to resolve each issue. Highly recommend
Our technician Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and helpful. He identified and corrected an issue with our shower valve as well as with our main water shut off valve and had both fixed in no time. Would highly recommend working with him.
Brayan went completely above and beyond during this repair appointment. He came in to help with our disposal (which was fixed quickly) and ultimately ended up fixing a long-broken shower and helping with long term plans to protect our water system and fixtures. He even fixed a lose doorknob he noticed!!

Thankful to Noah and the M&S team for replacing the tub drain pipes. Best birthday present I could have gotten was the chance to take a shower in my own home :).
My service tech was great. I supplied the part needed to repair the leaking faucet in the tub. I was shocked at the price I was charged for such a small repair. Even with senior discount it was very high. I will consider an independent plumber in the future.

Plumbing repair work was contracted and was completed. They said they performed other services. We paid 3 other companies to review. Michael & Sons totally ripped us off for over $10k. There were many issues. Cannot recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Ryan this morning. Had them out for a low water pressure issue. They were able to arrive the next day and the tech was extremely friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within an hour. I would highly recommend them.
