Michael & Son has been good to us. Their electrician, Andrew has been very helpful to us as we navigate a remodel and adapt an older house to our needs. He is knowledgeable, explains everything in terms I understand, and helps us find the best solution for our needs and budget.
Juan Castillo was very professional when arrived. He came to replace our toilet upstairs. He replaced the two downstairs back in March 2026. We loved it so much we asked him to come back with the 3rd replacement. He is the Best! You have such employees. Especially Juan he cares.
Thomas was great! Friendly and very efficient.
I scheduled an appointment as part of my plumbing maintenance plan. Yovan came out for a diagnostic and identified a few problems. He scheduled a follow up visit and was able to resolve the issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend getting their maintenance plan, which is affordable and necessary.
Jason was wonderful! I had quite a few plumbing things that needed repairs (and quite a few things were more complicated than it looked), and he completed everything efficiently and with a smile. So happy to everything functional in the house and to know that it was installed with care!

Visit for toilet replacement because of a toilet replacement because of a leak. Arrived on time as scheduled. Completed work in prompt fashion and explained along the way what he was doing and why. Included pictures.
It was a delight to have Jim working on our issues- a broken garbage disposal and an old malfunctioning commode. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He outlined multiple options and discussed all the pros and cons with me. We ended up replacing both with top quality products!
Had an after hours emergency. The technician on call responded quickly. Adam Robinson was the technician on call and solved our problem. He was very professional & extremely pleasant. I would definitely call him again. Adam had to come back this morning to install a new toilet. And was just as pleasant as he was last night. We appreciate his hard work.
I’ve used Michael and Son for a number of plumbing issues over the past five years from major bathroom leak to new toilet and pipe installation to the latest clogged toilet. Each technician brought their strengths to the job and my issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. I’ve recommended them to my real estate clients because I trust their work.

We had a brand new HVAC until installed within a week of first contacting the company. Service was excellent in every way
So much better in every way than our previous service. What a relief. Mike and Kenneth were both thorough, professional and open to questions. Inspection of plumbing and electrical gave us a way to prioritize and move forward
Communication was great! Your technician, Jason, called before he arrived and arrived on time. He was very professional and explained the process that gave us confidence in Michael & Son's ability to make the right decisions to fix our plumbing problem.
Simple toilet install, tech was obviously new, very polite and professional but showed up with the wrong toilet and too many questions and when I tired to answer didn’t listen. Didn’t have a simple extension cord, when I got him one, he had already found a solution just didn’t tell me. Good company but I’m sure I…

Frank was awesome, we needed to find and fix the source of some issues and he did a great job. No more leaks, and we’re confident the new toilet we got (we bought it and he installed it) won’t have the same issues as the old one. Came back to check in about pricing, and let us know the priority of each. Thanks Frank!
