James was my tech and did a phenomenal job. From communicating arrival time to walking me through all the troubleshooting and resolution steps—10/10 recommend. Thank you, James!
Needed work on an old toilet on one day's notice, and company made it easy to make an online appointment. The tech showed up as scheduled the next morning, and although he was willing to try to repair it despite it's age, and the added cost, we decided in the long run a modern toilet was the best move. He left to…
Bryan was very helpful and gave us great feedback on our plumbing issues.
Exceptional service by Juan Castillo. Very satisfied with the service received. Would recommend Michael and Son for plumbing needs.
Did good work from what I can see. I removed the old toilet and then did not have the time to replace since I was sold on a gadget from Home Depot. He came in and still charged me for removal and replacement of the toilet. I realize I’m paying for experience not time, but $580 dollars for 45 minutes worth of work…
Jim came on time and called ahead, which I appreciate. He fixed a toilet that had a faulty part, installed a new bidet seat, and explained how the Kohler flushing mechanism works so we can handle small problems ourselves in future. He is personable and knowledgeable. We felt very confident about his work. This is a rave review!
Adam was very professional. He gave us a quote, repaired the leak and stayed to make sure it wouldn’t leak again. I highly recommend him.
Ryan Disorbo arrived, very pleasant young man! After hearing what the problem was, explained possible cost, fixed problem and was on his way. I am very satisfied.
Had an unknown problem with my a/c unit making an awful noise. Called Michael and Sons and they responded within 2 hours, even after 5 pm. Excellent and timely service Matthew was very helpful. My only concern is the high price that much for 20 minutes of work is too much. I would recommend Michael And Sons to others with the cost reservation.

If i could give 0 stars i would! This was the most overpriced and no transparent experience I’ve ever had. Highway robbery!…

I was very disappointed that although the clogged toilet was fixed there is still water in the light fixture and the restoration fellow who came the next day couldn’t remove the globe and recommended $1500 to do additional work under the house - so I have to have someone else come to remove the globe and we are told…

I used Michael and Sons to diagnose and HVAC issue. They said the HVAC was fine but the problem was a breaker. They charged me around $264.00 for the…
Technician was awesome and on time. However I had to turn him away when he presented me with a $700 + estimate for replacing a wax seal on a toilet. The job would have been less than an hour to complete. Mike was the ultimate professional plumber, detail oriented, thorough informed assessment, as a quality results achiever.
Very informative!
Luis was very professional and pleasant. He was courteous and kept me informed through the whole service. From communication about arrival time to the cost and length of time for the repair.
Both Logan with A/C and Frank with Plumbing did a wonderful job with our yearly check up. Both were personable, friendly, and reasonable.
Frank was great!!
Yovan was great! He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood what the problem was and explained how I can prevent future issues and the why behind the current issues. He was patient and gave me time to consider my options and offered his advice regarding the choices we had. A leaky…
We had an emergency leaking in the bathroom on a weekend night and Michael & Son was very helpful. Frank showed up and fixed the issues. He explained everything well and did the works in a professional manner, given how late it was already.
Service was excellent in every way
Great work done by the technician Jason, he was also very professional and knowledgeable of his work. I will definitely recommend.
Luis was awesome, very professional and efficient. Had my issue fixed in no time
Extreme costly service . Not very professional. Never refer or use again.
Josh, the technician, did a thorough job. The commode works like new.
Update - very impressed with their customer service after my original review. Spoke with the field manager and customer service. Main takeaway is for larger jobs they are a good company to call. For smaller jobs, probably overpriced. They were quick and responsive and did good work. You may just end paying more for smaller jobs compared to others.
Great work , great service 👍🏾
Great guy, great service!
Called for service on a Saturday morning. Tech called and was able to come earlier than appt window, which was great. My tech Jason was very professional and explained everything including different options with no pressure tactics. Work was better than expected. I would 100% recommend!
So much better in every way than our previous service. What a relief. Mike and Kenneth were both thorough, professional and open to questions. Inspection of plumbing and electrical gave us a way to prioritize and move forward
