Did good work from what I can see. I removed the old toilet and then did not have the time to replace since I was sold on a gadget from Home Depot. He came in and still charged me for removal and replacement of the toilet. I realize I’m paying for experience not time, but $580 dollars for 45 minutes worth of work…
Jim came on time and called ahead, which I appreciate. He fixed a toilet that had a faulty part, installed a new bidet seat, and explained how the Kohler flushing mechanism works so we can handle small problems ourselves in future.
