The tech’s that came out and did the work were good. It’s the front office you need to be careful about. Promise you anything and then do something else. They will send you an estimate that’s impossible to understand. Told me I was getting a discount and then give me excuses instead. Watch out when you talk to Joan…

Excellent customer service. All the technicians that came out went above and beyond. Brian took his time to explain everything and was extremely helpful. Everyone also was very responsible regarding Covid-19 precautions. Highly recommend Michael and Son!
