Juan was amazing. He was respectful to my whole family while he did his work. My kids loved him. I know I should be talking about his repair but that to me was his job. What he did went way beyond. 100% would recommend him to anyone.
We had Elis and Frank install our new tankless water heater, which was a long day’s work for them. From start to finish they were kind, professional, thorough, provided updates and explanations in details! We would recommend them to absolutely anyone!
Service rep showed up on time and offered extensive list of options to address my water heater that had suddenly started releasing water through its release valve. Water heater was replaced on same day as diagnostic visit.
This was my first time hiring Michael & Son Services. My water heater stopped functioning and it was easy to get them here within a reasonable and quick time frame. Thomas and Anthony were great to work with and were very efficient and even stayed late to get everything wrapped up.
Petey did a great job installing a new water heater and was quick. All in one morning!
Jordan did a great job replacing our water heater and repairing the damage done by a leaking pipe above the old one. He was very courteous and explained things clearly.
Thomas was all about getting things set up and working as quickly as possible. It was a challenging situation and he was there late in the evening but he did a great job and had a great attitude. He's very knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely have him do work here in the future.

Juan, was awesome, he replaced our hot water heater on a Saturday afternoon. He went above and beyond when we turned on the power and it popped. Brian Rodriguez (Michael & Sons Electrical) installed an electrical outlet on the exterior of my house for preparation of a tankless water heater.
