Michael & Sons is the company to use! They are inclusive for all of your main home components including HVAC, water heater, plumbing, etc. No need to have several companies with several contracts when you can have one company and one service contract. Our water heater went out on Friday (of course on the weekend)…
My HVAC serviceman Jordi and plumber Anthony arrived within minutes of each other and got mfurnace tuneup and water heater services done. They went over everything they did in detail and recommended potential followup services that might be needed before much longer so I could keep those in mind for later. Great service done quickly....thanks, guys!
Frank C. was fantastic. He came out on Saturday and did hls best to correct my years of not descaling my waterless tank. But the water stayed lukewarm. The only error my Rinnai heater gave was to descale which he did. Since it was Memorial Day weekend he needed to wait until Tuesday to talk to a Rinnai corporate…

James Devoe was absolutely great. Walked us through our water heater flush, and what to expect. James was able to quote us our house filter system and will be getting that done soon.
Nolen was great! Extremely professional and thorough. Glad I switched from Roto-rooter who failed at getting the job done or at providing decent service. Glad I made the switch!

Called for a tankless water heater flush and a health check on the well pump/filter/tank; Ryan DiSorbo was a great technician, very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain his processes and teaching me what I (the humble homeowner) could do myself to keep my system in proper condition. Great service!
Juan did an excellent, professional job dealing with the plumbing issues of this old home. Well Done!
Called to have a water heater which was under warranty repaired, they tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars for a simple fix. Do not conduct business with this company.
Jon R. was great!
Jordan Joseph, who did several plumbing related jobs, was excellent. He kept me posted, answered all the questions. He was very timely, patient and even came back on our request for some change, without any fuss. Would recommend him strongly.
I can’t recommend this business enough. My water heater broke and being without hot water (especially with teenagers in the house) was no fun. I called many places that couldn’t even come look at my problem for another 4 days. When I scheduled with Michael & Son, I was able to secure an appointment a few hours…

We had a weird problem. Thought it was plumbing, turned out to be electrical. Blake kept me updated on costs and his plan the whole time, and when they finally figured out the problem,…

Brayan went completely above and beyond during this repair appointment. He came in to help with our disposal (which was fixed quickly) and ultimately ended up fixing a long-broken shower and helping with long term plans to protect our water system and fixtures. He even fixed a lose doorknob he noticed!!
David was exceptional in helping me to determine next steps for our shower pan as well as diagnosing a problem with our water heater's expansion tank and PRV. He changed both of those items (and everything that goes along with that) and we are back in business at the correct pressure in the house. Thanks, David, for all of your help today!
Our plumber showed up promptly at the beginning of his arrival window. He was thorough and professional. What I really liked is that he didn’t try to upsell. He was honest about what was needed and provided great service. Ryne did a great job.

I have never been so displeased with service as I am with this company. I have called and requested to speak with mgmt and corporate and have yet to receive a call. Both crews, Gaspack and Furnace/AC, were very good. They worked hard and steady. They finished a little ahead of schedule. Tyler kept me informed and explained every thin when they were finished. They cleaned up at the end and it was like they were never here except the new systems work great.
