It has now been months since I submitted my claim along with all the requested paperwork and photos, and I still haven’t received a response from whatever random insurance company they use. It’s extremely frustrating to pay a lot of money for a service, have expensive belongings damaged, and then be left without any resolution. I did a lot of research when choosing a moving company and felt that I could trust their current ratings. I’m so disappointed with how all of this was handled and I would recommend going with another moving company.

I had a great experience with Michael's Moving. Both my move-out & move-in were seamless and efficient. Both of the crews I had were professional and quick - absolutely no issues. I was actually shocked how fast they were. Also Michael the moving assistant was super helpful throughout the whole process. I also did storage for 2 months and had no issues there. All of my items arrived in perfect condition and all accounted for.
