Michael's Moving & Storage

Everything was great! Very fast and efficient. Ever, Ceaser, and the team were incredibly helpful and efficient with my grandmother’s move!

Felix, Manuel and Eric were absolutely fantastic helping my Mom move! They were kind, professional and respectful. We'll definitely use them again in the future.

Michael’s provides top class service! I had the pleasure of Felix and his team delivering a couch. They were very professional, gave check up calls when they picked up the item and all the way to delivery and moving the couch up a very narrow stairwell. No delays, no wasted time, professional and they wrapped the… Read full review

Update: more than 2 weeks after we have moved our stuff out of the storage and into the new apartment, we just got charged with another month of storage fee… Very disappointing experience — lack of transparency on charges I chose Michael’s Moving & Storage because of their great reviews and the professional,… Read full review

Felix and his team were unbelievable! They communicated clearly, were on time, extremely efficient (faster than estimated) and handled our things with care. They were lovely in all ways and I would use them in the future in a heartbeat

Felix’s team has now successfully completed two moves for me, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! They are absolutely the best. They are so kind, professional, incredibly quick, and always prompt. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my belongings. Michael’s Movers is a great company, but I specifically… Read full review

Best moving experience I’ve ever had. I will gladly recommend these guys again as they made everything fast and easy

I’ve used Michael’s for several moves and each time has been exceptional. Scheduling is easy, prices are reasonable and the movers are so diligent, fast and yet careful. They’ve always showed up on the earlier side of my delivery window and get the job done fast.

Miguel and his team (Fransisco, Orlando, and Manuel) did an excellent job moving us from Boston all the way up to Georgetown. They were very careful to put things exactly where we wanted them and made a big effort to place them carefully. This was all during the heat dome of 2026 and it didn't seem to slow them down… Read full review

Eder, Eric, and Elkin were INCREDIBLE! So efficient and kind! They moved my husband and I an hour away from Boston and everything was intact and exactly where we needed it to go! We’re so appreciative of their hard work, especially when it was so hot outside!

Planning was simple (and we even had to move our date). The best: Felix and his team! They handled our stuff with care and were quick. Thank you for your service!

Some of the most unprofessional dispatching and customer service I have ever seen. The moving company told us 1-3pm for the window the movers would arrive to pick up our stuff for a local move, dispatched openly lied to us multiple times on the phone about movers eta saying 5 minutes, 10 minutes for multiple hours… Read full review

From start to finish the movers were fantastic! I haven't moved in 10 years and they were efficient and set up my bed for me and my table. Can't s say enough good things about them.

incredibly nice strong movers. easy to work with. moved a piano. would highly recommend

Juan and his collegues were extremely efficient, especially when unassembling my big furniture during move out and reassembling during move-in. They even gave me good advice on how to layout my furniture in new room for better spacing. Great team and very reliable!!

Hilberth and his team were amazing!! They helped us move things to three different locations in the snow and cold and made it so easy for us! Thank you again!

Felix and the team did a great job. Super friendly and my 5 year old got to sit in their truck and honk the horn. Move commercial furniture in a 2000sf space to a city about half an hour away and problem solved through some of the new building’s difficult unloading situations.

Hillbert and the crew were amazing!! They came unloaded our entire home and moved it to our new home that works diligent strategically and they were very efficient with all the things that we did have they put everything in its rightful place inside of the new home and ask questions where we wanted things to go… Read full review

Michael’s is the BEST! I’ve utilized this company several times and made the mistake of booking with a different moving company recently and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! It was a blessing in disguise because that awful experience sent me back to where I belonged- with the professionals!… Read full review

This company is wonderful - between the ease of booking on line, being linked to point contact person for changes (days, times, etc.) then the movers themselves - EXCELLENT! My new place is on a hill and this crew although wide eyed when they got there, they handled it like pros! Definitely would hire again. Great service and reasonably priced.

We had a great experience with the team from Michaels Moving for our local move in December 2025. The team was on time, communicative, took care of our items, and completed the job within the projected window. Would definitely hire them again and recommend to friends and family!

Felix and his team were spectacular! They communicated everything clearly in advance and during the move. They were extremely efficient, kind, and organized. Thank you again for everything!!

Felix's team were fantastic. Extremely polite, professional, and efficient.

Seamless moving experience!! Roberto and his team of three were very professional and worked so efficiently. They also packed our kitchen and not a single item was broken or misplaced. They made a stressful process a breeze and would absolutely recommend to others and hire again for other moves.

Made my move SO EASY!!! So quick, efficient and kind. Angel, Jose, and Sebastian killed it. I highly recommend Michaels Movers and will be using them again for my next move!!

Highly recommend!

Michaels moving was incredible. My husband and I were looking for a company that offered storage and you cannot beat their pricing. The team was quick and efficient. Loaded the truck up in just a few short hours, all during a crazy heat wave! Highly, highly recommend!

Everyone was absolutely fantastic. I’ve never used movers before and these guys made it so much easier. They made such a stressful thing much more manageable. Júlio, Selvin, and Raul were my crew. Excellent service. The movers were quick, efficient, polite and on time. Totally worth every penny.

Working with Michael's Moving for our recent move from Allston to the burbs was a breeze, though you should make sure you explicitly specify that you need hoisting services ahead of time (it costs extra), as my sales person and I got wires crossed apparently. That said, our move crew day-of was absolutely… Read full review

The measure of a business is how they react when things go wrong. Despite extreme care, our sideboard's marble top got damaged during the move. The guys on the truck immediately told us what happened, and explained how the repair would be managed. Then, Michael's kept us updated as to how and when the repair was… Read full review

If there were 10 stars to give I would give this company 11. I cannot believe how easy, and calming it was to have these three gentlemen move some of my most precious items. I had a small move with a couple of pieces of high value, fragile furniture from a 1 bedroom apartment up a flight of stairs to a house. I got a few quotes from other big brand companies that told me, at a minimum, it would be $1300. I got that quote range from 4 different companies I had seen my neighbors use… Read full review

From the sales team to the movers, everyone was professional, polite, and easy to work with! We were very pleased with the value. They moved us from Brookline to the South Shore in under three hours! Worth every penny.

In this the first stage of our move, we found that both the office and the movers were very professional, courteous, on time and always answered all of our questions. Hopefully, the second stage of our move will be as painless as the first. We have faith in Michael's insure that this will be the case. Thanks to all!

We have to move boxes from Quincy to a warehouse in Chelsea. The drop off was in freight forwarding company. This took a little time as there was a queue in the drop off locations. I had an excellent experience with Crystal and Miguel and his crew. Moving is stressful, but this was about a good as it gets. This was a very positive experience....highly recommended.

I highly recommend Michael's Movers with my unreserved praise and commend. Angel directed the professional team of movers : Eduardo, Jose, Alex, and Juan. We were able to book their services 2 weeks before move-out date. The movers arrived on time, prepared with a truck and tools to dissemble our furniture. They also made a stop on the way to pick up a few more furniture items. Their rates were fair; we ended up paying less that the estimate.

We recently used Michael's to move our family for the 3rd time in the past 10 years. There's a reason we keep calling them back. Or several, rather. Heres a few: Communication: detailed estimate over the phone, flexibility with our move date, and good flow of communcation during the actual move. Everybody we deal… Read full review
