Michael's Moving & Storage

Felix Manuel Elking is the best. Show up on time, packed everything on time, get the job done on time.

The movers were friendly and quick, but unfortunately after the move i noticed some of my furniture had damage. Communication with the office staff was prompt leading up to the move, but once I reported the damage and submitted a claim after the move that communication fizzled out. It has now been months since I… Read full review

AMAZING!! They were so quick, kind and efficient. They made a stressful situation much better. So thankful for an easy move!

I had a great experience with Michael's Moving. Both my move-out & move-in were seamless and efficient. Both of the crews I had were professional and quick - absolutely no issues. Felix, Manny, and Alex handled my move. Amazing team!!! Very efficient, clean, and took meticulous care in protecting the furniture. Also extremely friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

Update: more than 2 weeks after we have moved our stuff out of the storage and into the new apartment, we just got charged with another month of storage fee… Very disappointing experience — lack of transparency on charges I chose Michael’s Moving & Storage because of their great reviews and the professional,… Read full review

We had never used movers before and we were a bit anxious about the process, but the teams that Michael’s movers were spectacular! Michaels Movers are the best! This is the second time I’ve used them for a move in Boston and they work so quickly and are very kind and caring for my items. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for movers!

As someone who has moved more than 25 times both locally and internationally, our move and storage with Michael's was a very mixed experience. The pre-move communication was aggressive but professional. The sales rep went through inventory, boxes, cost, truck size, hours, etc and we settled move-out, storage, and… Read full review

I could not recommend a better moving company. At the beginning of my move I struggled with dates and times. Jaclyn helped me numerous times and was always kind and understanding. Felix and his team were amazing! They were prompt, careful, and considerate throughout the move. They helped me unload a storage unit at 7:30 a.m., drove the truck into downtown Boston, and then unloaded everything carefully into my apartment. Would highly recommend !

The crew was hard working. Taking extra care to protect my furniture and the house. Really nice guys.

I had a great experience working with Michael’s Moving! The booking process was seamless and the day off was quick and very professional. I would 100% recommend and work with the team again.

Felix and his team were amazing! They got everything packed up and moved in under two hours.

We worked with Felix’s team on a local move on 7/30. We had never used movers before and this was an incredible first experience. The team was so friendly, and we were amazed at how quickly they moved despite us being on the 4th floor with no elevator. We loved that they unassembled and then reassembled bulkier… Read full review

I’ve used Michael’s Movers twice and both times were great experiences. Would highly recommend for a stress free moving day.

Felix’s team did great work protecting our furniture, were efficient in packing the truck and unloading despite the rain. Would highly recommend and will be my go to movers again. But let’s hope that’s no time soon!

I can’t say enough good things about Michael’s! From the booking process to moving day everything was easy. Jacklyn was super communicative and helpful in estimating my costs. And Jorge and his team were prompt, careful, and incredibly efficient! I can’t recommend enough!!

Felix, César, and Charlie were FANTASTIC! They were extremely friendly, fast, and gentle throughout my whole move from Allston to JP, even maneuvering a pretty large couch up a third floor walk up. They worked with me to get every piece of furniture in the right room, and left the place clean. Nothing was damaged,… Read full review

Best moving experience I’ve ever had. I will gladly recommend these guys again as they made everything fast and easy

Felix and his team were amazing!!! So organized and everything so smoothly. We had our stuff in boxes prepped but they handled all of our stuff so well, most importantly the large bulky items. Would recommend!

The worst company after 1 year and 5 months they are coming out with fee that we never talk about or either is mentioned in the contract left over 7 messages for the past 9 days and no response until I show up to their. Office and still they couldn’t help, it might be only 200.00 a month only but at least they had… Read full review

The team was on time, very respectful, patient and gentle with our home furniture. I enjoyed working with them! I didn't love the AI call center though. I would prefer a human interaction. Thank you!

I rally didn’t want to write this and called them 5 times over 3 weeks, but many promises of a call-back never resulted in anything. They gave me an estimate of in the $600-$800 range, but it ended up costing me $1600+ for 1 bedroom move. My inventory was accurate and there were no really heavy items. They didn’t… Read full review

This guys moved my entire 5 bedroom home with two full trucks in 4.5 hrs This was back breaking work and they killed it Very prompt and professional

Felix’s crew was great!!!! So quick and thoughtful.

Felix’s team was absolutely incredible. They were fast, adaptable, communicative and efficient. I’ve never used movers before but I would 100% recommend Michael’s Movers and specifically Felix’s crew. I never once worried about my belongings and items were set up almost exactly as u had them in previous location. 10/10 crew.

Miguel and his team were absolutely! I would recommend them to everyone as they took care of all of our items with care!

Amazing experience, efficient and kind!

We had a great experience and everything was moved quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use Michael’s Moving again!

Hilberth Ramas was great—-he was patient, strong , directed his helpers well. His assistants were also strong and patient and they managed to get a sofa up into a loft with great difficulty.

TL;DR: The movers worked hard and the overall cost was not unreasonable for the size of our move. However, the office/admin side of the experience was not “professional” or “transparent” as was emphasized in our sales calls, and I would not use Michael’s Moving Company again. 1. Late arrival: Our window was 8–9… Read full review

Felix, Pablo, Will, Marryk, Alex, Christian were all an amazing team! It was 100 degrees and they moved two households. They were friendly and had an impeccable work ethic. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew! Highly recommended.

Michaels moving was very communicative, timely, and fairly priced. The crew was great to work with, professional, and friendly we would hire them again.

Hilbert, Santiago, and Pinerda were amazing. Super hard working, took care of everything and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing moving experience! I've moved a handful of times and have never been more impressed with the ease at which Michael's Moving and Storage quickly emptied our second floor apartment (including a large sectional and washing machine) and packed everything carefully into their truck. Great experience with these guys, super responsive and easy to work with. Careful and collaborative every time.

Eder, Eric, and Elkin were INCREDIBLE! So efficient and kind! They moved my husband and I an hour away from Boston and everything was intact and exactly where we needed it to go! We’re so appreciative of their hard work, especially when it was so hot outside!

Efficient and professional. Thank you for a smooth move!

Professional, experienced and moved with care and precision. I highly recommend them!

Michael’s Movers is the absolute best. Specifically, Felix, Manuel, and Charlie completed our move for us and they were so professional, kind, and talented. They made this daunting process seamless and we couldn’t recommend them more. Very grateful for their help.

Needed 2 teams to unload trucks on different days on a tight deadline, Michael's extremely came through. Very prompt, communicative, professional, and capable. Special shout-out to Jaclyn for coordinating everything. Solid crew all around.

Such an easy move from our third floor walk up!!! Shoutout to Felix’s team

Well I can tell you that the customer service on the phone was AMAZING and VERY EASY! I'm soooo glad I'm not going with another moving company. Will update my review after the move which I have no doubt will be smooth as butah.

Some of the most unprofessional dispatching and customer service I have ever seen. The moving company told us 1-3pm for the window the movers would arrive to pick up our stuff for a local move, dispatched openly lied to us multiple times on the phone about movers eta saying 5 minutes, 10 minutes for multiple hours… Read full review

Michael’s movers are amazing! I am a repeat user for a move and Eder, Will, and Elki made the day a breeze. They moved a couch around a tight staircase that other movers could not. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient - we finished ahead of schedule. Would absolutely use a third time for my next move.

Hilbert and the crew with him at Michael’s Movers were INCREDIBLE. They go above and beyond, furniture is safe, and they even help construct some pieces on arrival. We’ve coincidentally had Hilbert assigned twice over two moves in the past 5 years, amazing both times. They are pros, don’t hesitate to book.

Great people to deal with. Fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. Not expensive either

Felix team was the best. Timely and efficient very organized

Felix and his crew were the BEST movers I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. They were fast, efficient, and protected all of our things. These guys know what they are doing and do it well.
