I loved Zach He was very thorough pointing out the work he was going to perform and explaining the process. Patched up 2 holes @ the rear of the house and empty mouse trap in the garage w/had 2 field mice. He also reset 2 traps. He is excellent, professional and proficient. He’s very kind and friendly. . Thank you.

Bennett came for our final inspection removing traps and closing the final bat opening. He was polite, conscientious, respectful of property and answered my questions thoroughly!

Great service as always, professional staff and very flexible scheduling

Earl is a great technician. He is very knowledgeable and thorough.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection, the price quote received and the timeliness of completion of the job.

Had them come out last year and supposedly seal everything up and address the problem. Less than a year later, I'm having the same issue. But because it's a new type of squirrel, is a new bill.

Today’s visit was a trap check. The technician was polite, detailed, and efficient.

Staff is Very professional and answers all my questions.

PROS: Very nice people in the office and on site: attentive, polite, timely in communication, detailed, respectful, neat/clean. CONS: Timelines. Have patience/flexibility with appointment times because their many pros outweigh this one aspect.

They did the bat extermination, they took all the insulation out and put new down, sprayed disinfectant spray all over where the bats were,they did a great job, they put bat doors up and plugged all the areas where the bats were coming in, they broke a couple of solar lights throwing the bags out of the window but… Read full review

Did the estimate the next day. Got everything completed in one visit. Showed me all the work that they did. Excellent service! I used them in 2012 in my old home and the price has not gone up much, very reasonable.

Caulking and exclusion measures to prevent a wildlife problem before it occurs

Eric and Tim have provided quality professional service. Both are extremely knowledgeable and explained how our house attic got bats, mice and bees and then corrected the problem. Are home is now sealed up and free of critters and we are very happy
