Initial visit: Earl Watson and Holden Lienhardt were prompt, professional, and clearly dedicated to doing justice to the needed work. I like hiring people who enjoy their work and are really into it. It was a pleasure to have Earl and Holden address my home invasion and I’m grateful for their careful, thorough work.
First of 3 scheduled follow-up visits: Elisah Cortez found that a squirrel, while trying to escape from my basement to the outside, got stuck in the intended escape opening and suffocated, unable to escape so died in that effort. It had tripped a trap on the way into my crawl space but avoided being caught in that trap. Elisah sealed the intended escape opening and reset the trap outside. Elisah impressed me as being very alert, tuned in, capable, and into his work. He showed up promptly and I feel that he contributed a lot towards trying to solve my home invasion.
Another visit: Zach Percival checked a squirrel trap that I thought had been tripped. It had not been tripped. Zach was very helpful in checking the setting and placement of the trap and explaining the details of how the trap actually works. All of the people who have come out to work on this problem so far from Michigan Wildlife Solutions appear to me to be into their work and trying their best to solve home invasions by wildlife. Cody Sanchez came out twice to check all the traps. Spencer Anderson did the final trap removals and sealing of the openings the invading squirrel had made. It appears to me that Spencer did a great job in wrapping everything up. Overall, I feel that Michigan Wildlife Solutions did all the required work very well and everyone involved was a pleasure to work with.

I contacted them in September of 26. The individual who came out was extremely knowledgeable and very good. Provided exceptional estimates at the time. After comparing other companies and other quotes we decide to move forward. That's when things went south. The company scheduled 3 appointments all of which they never showed up and eventually called me to schedule a new appointment telling me that the person that was supposed to come in and do the work called in. This cost me over $400 in multiple days of work that I needed to take off. After talking with their manager He agreed to provide $150 credit And promise to get the work done immediately. They came out and did part of the work telling me I need to set up another appointment so that they could come out and finish. They came out today and again only did part of the work. I am trying to get them to complete the work that we agreed upon and now believe I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the payment so I can get them to complete the work. I will write additional comments as things progress but as of right now not very happy.
