Customers frequently praise the company for punctual crews, professional communication, and fair pricing on window, siding, and remodeling projects. Positive reviews highlight the ease of working with staff and the quality of installation. However, several low-star reviews cite a pattern of unresponsiveness regarding post-installation repairs and persistent sales calls after customers request removal from contact lists.

We got 13 windows replaced, including a giant window in our bedroom that others wouldn't touch. Mid America did a fantastic job, showed up when they said they would, completed the work on time, and cleaned up after themselves. The new windows look and function great!!

Thank you Sharon for the great review!
We engaged Mid America to replace most of the windows in the condo we had just purchased. After they were installed, we liked the windows and Mid America’s workmanship so much that we replaced the rest of them. Bob G.
Thank you sharing Bob! Your home looks incredible!
Everyone at MidAmerica are awesome! We had three different crews that removed/replaced and built windows, patio sliding doors, gutters, metal roof and a patio cover. Everything was kept cleaned and each of the crews were kind and courteous in every area of work. The amazing thing was that when all the details were dealt with all the jobs were done in about 2 weeks. I already have decided that when anything else comes up, Mid America will be our only call.
These photos are incredible! Your house looks SO good! Thank you for this kind review!
This crew renewed our faith/confidence in Mid America Exterior. Very professional for the entire project. Did this in a reasonable timeline!!! Richard’s crew from siding-not a good experience at all. Oct 2025-Jan 2026.
Thank you for the five stars!
Highest quality of work done in a timely fashion.
