My granddaughter looks forward to seeing Daniel every week in the "big truck" (She's only one.) He makes it a priority to wave and smile back to her as she pounds the door in excitement. You're the best driver I've had in my 8 years in Cardington. Thanks for being you!

My trash guy Daniel is the best!! He's always in a good mood, always has a smile on his face, and is always willing chat for a moment while picking up the trash. Over all he's a good soul, and not bad to look at either 😏 js. Thank you Daniel for being a good person, and for all that you do.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Daniel! He is always friendly, hardworking, and does a great job. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, and I really appreciate the effort he puts in every week. It’s easy to overlook how much these workers do, so I wanted to take a moment to…

Sean is fantastic, my wheel cart is always emptied and he goes out of his way to make sure it’s a little further from the road when he is finished dumping the wheel cart, small things like that mean the most here! Thank you Sean and Mid-Ohio!

I came from Mount Vernon, because they were way to expensive in Mount Vernon, 160 dollars to dump in Mount Vernon and only 45 in Mount Gilead. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend

Me and my Grandmother missed the trash gentleman today due to them rescheduling drivers and redoing routes.
When I called and asked them if I could have three trash cans next week instead of two since I missed them this week and last week. The dispatcher called the trash gentleman and I no sooner got off the phone with her and he was right there waiting. He came all the way back out to my house! They did it for no charge and simply out of the kindness of their heart! The driver Aaron was also an incredibly nice guy who stated "It's not a problem at all, I was happy to do it and I was right around the corner". We also had about a minutes worth of small talk and he was just incredibly kind and a true Gentleman! The man truly needs a promotion, a gift card or something! (Along with the incredibly kind dispatcher who's name I regretfully don't remember)
I can not speak higher off Mid-Ohio and their excellent customer service, family - community based atmosphere and their competitive pricing! They are without a doubt the best trash company out there! You will not regret going with them!
