Always good, I have visited Midas a few times and they just get me in for what I want and they may ask if I want anything else but they aren’t viscerally shoving down my throat these “things” I should do for my car. So not bad.

Nick was very thorough in explaining so I could understand. Lane was the technician. I already knew him and was pleasantly surprised that he was working here. I will be bringing my other car in here too as compared to a dealer price it was half the cost.

I got a general oil change and they were really nice. They did a maintenance check and let me know a few minor issues with my car that I didn’t know. They didn’t charge any extra fees. They also gave me a coupon for my next general maintenance!

Gentleman at the desk double checked what I was going in for and let me know they would do their own diagnostic to make sure that the issues I was having were what I had been sent to them for before they did any work so they weren't doing work they didn't need to do and make me pay a ton of money when it could have been a different issue.

I have been taking my car to the team at Midas - 1st Ave NE for a few years now. They are dependable and don’t try to add extra repairs to the bill. I had a potential transmission issue and they were able to pin point the problem, which was not transmission related at all. I would highly recommend their services. Highly experienced mechanics!
