My kid and I both signed up. It’s been great! I’m sore a lot, in a good way. I’ve tried a lot of different workout classes. I like Mighty Movement because you can adjust the intensity to your preference. Workout hard or take it a little easier. No judgement. Some other places, if you aren’t about to pass out, you…

Carly coached me through my first weights workout ever! I was really nervous but she explained everything and showed me how to be safe. The playlist was great and the class had a great vibe. I loved it and it feels like I’ll be able to stick to it and achieve my health goals!

We were told the staff provided a safe and affirming environment for all kids but when the class got really full in the tiny little space they have allocated for Little Lifters, they “benched” my hyper 9-year-old for talking too much? I can't do all of the lifts yet so I was nervous about needing to modify, but they have been so fantastic in helping me find substitutions that feel great and continue to help my recovery. We were told the staff provided a safe and affirming environment for all kids but when the class got really full in the tiny little space they have allocated for Little Lifters, they “benched” my hyper 9-year-old for talking too much? This is an exercise class for little kids! If they can’t handle talking, or impulsivity, they definitely should not be in the business of providing fitness classes to kids. Yikes. In a nutshell, not a fit for younger kids with any kind of special needs like ADHD despite what the sales team may tell you. Also may not be a fit for your kid if they talk a lot.🤦🏻♀️

Great gym-coaches are amazing! If you are looking for a place to be both challenged and supported this is it. I haven’t worked out regularly in a decade or more and am now going 3 times a week.
It’s clean, well run, other participants are kind and welcoming. Lots of options for classes to fit your schedule. Even better they have options for kids in the afternoon. Highly recommend!
I love Mighty Movement! I’ve been attending classes twice a week for 6 years and am the strongest I have ever been. The coaches are knowledgeable and approachable and can modify moves as needed. It’s easy to schedule as well.
I’ll admit I was a bit intimidated before my first class looking at all the exercises in the app. Carley was incredibly welcoming and reassuring right from the start. She pointed me in the right direction, got me going, and gave great instructions and feedback throughout the workout. I’m definitely looking forward to the next class!

Love Mighty Movement. Exactly what I was looking for to get strong and lift weights! Love the coaches and people. Super easy to get started without any previous experience and the weekly membership is a great perk so you can pause when you are out of town.
