Exceptional customer service from talking to Robin in the office to deal with the guys who came out to empty our tanks. They've taken care of our place as long as I can remember. They've even come out to fix a septic emergency in the dead of the winter. The prices are the best around and there aren't any hidden fees.
Matt, Robyn and team are simply the best folks and always do great work; prompt, professional, knowledgeable and personable. We've had them do both our septic maintenance and drain cleaning for years... and they do fantastic work. Couldn't recommend higher!
We've used Mikes since we move here in 2012 3x always professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
Been calling Robyn and these men since my system has been installed. Great service. This crew has taken care of anything that might need to be done.
We bought a house knowing it was on a septic system, problem was the owner before did not leave the pipes exposed for pumping. I dug up my front yard and found the wrong pipe. Let me tell you, the ENTIRE crew came out and was determined to find it. And they did. The whole time they were super personable and easy to…
Matt and Matt came out to cleared my basement drain that was full of sediment. They came the first thing in the morning and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
Mikes septic was great to work with for an emergent septic issue, I highly recommend!
Mike and Cody did a great job on a very cold winter day. They cleared a clog and emptied the tank. I just called earlier today and my problem is already resolved.
Mike was very prompt, worked quickly but efficiently. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions as a first time septic owner. I would definitely recommend this company.
Mike’s Septic is amazing! Matt and his associate came out same day to my house to fix a floor drain that I had that was backed up and leaking water on the floor every time the water softener ran its regen cycle. They were extremely efficient, courteous, and not to mention saved me over $9500 from another quote I…
Have used these guys for years and never had any issues. Great job.
Matt & Robin got us in the next day! They helped me from a state away to get the drain lines on my parents home opened up to the septic. The lines hasn’t been cleaned in years are were very clogged. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Matt was keeping me informed all day of the progress even with my old school 90…
So glad we called these folks! They came right away and took care of our backed-up sewer. Friendly, personal and took care of the problem promptly. Wonderfu!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I recently had a great experience with Mike's Septic Services. Despite it being the end of the day, Robyn & Matt both were able to help my wife with our backed up. The dynamic duo are dedicated and care about their customers. I highly recommend Mike's Septic Services. Thanks to Robyn and Matt for their help in our time of need.
Mikes Septic is amazing. Called and talked to Robin on a Saturday morning with septic issues and she worked her magic and had the guys to my house two hours later to get the problem fixed for me. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I can.
These guys were easy and efficient to work with! Mike’s was able to come out same day and help with a pipe clog we had in the basement, causing the toilet to overflow. When the job was complete they explained to us the issue m, how they fixed it, and even provided advice for future suggestions. Highly recommend Thanks again!
Mike's has been quick and responsive for septic compliance checks and septic repairs during real estate transactions. They also cleared a main drain at one of our rental properties. They are good at what they do and make sure the problem is taken care of. Plus they have cute Christmas decorations;)
Very professional, friendly and fair pricing!
Started with a phone call on Saturday morning 5:30 am, answered efficiently and professionally by Robyn regarding drainage/sewer back up, Matt and Matt were here in a short order on the same Saturday morning, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They are passionate about their work, and are customer service oriented. I highly recommend them!
